My Favourite Stop – The Michels Patisserie at Victoria Point Queensland is my favourite. I think it is family owned,they are all pleasant with a smile and quick chat to everyone. When I am at the shops I always buy a Lactose Free Iced Latte because they are magic,nobody makes them as good as they do. Their food is always fresh and they have an amazing variety for such a small shop.I hope they survive all the Lockdowns.It would be a real shame to lose them. Show details

Dreadful service – Michel’s Robina service was woeful. After we advised staff that the wrong coffee was brought over to us, the staff member so rudely told us that that is what is on the docket. We know what we wanted and ordered, so how is it our fault that the wrong item was rung up. I had to ask for the correct coffee to be made with no apology offered and a disgraceful attitude.

The woman who served me today appeared to deliberately serve people before me who arrived after – The staff don’t acknowledge customers waiting for them. She had a problem finding the cake in the computer and dithered around with that and finding and placing the cake in a box. Handed it over and after it was in my hand asked if I wanted a bag for it. What a foolish performance from her. Don’t go here. She’s got a serious problem. Show details

They serve sour milk in their coffee – My husband ordered a flat white at the HOMEBUSH DFO branch this morning and he said it tasted strange but he didn’t complain and still drank it, silly man. Horrible cake – I bought a white sponge for my sons birthday. I asked if it would be fine for the following day and was assured by staff that it was. Well we had it the next day and it was horrible, stale and very dry. I have had cake there before and it has been good. I spoke to the owner about it and all he said was ok. Pistachio cake terrible! – Been craving cake for days but papas patisserie is a bit far. I saw Michel’s so I thought I’d give it a try. Absolute waste of money! Cake is so terrible! Don't go there – Used to work for one of them for more than five years. Watching them lower the quality of their products more and more to save money. I left because I can't sell defrosted 4 days old cakes to customers and lie to them it is fresh made in the morning anymore.

busy Michelle and Don pump the orders out with a smile and a kind word for their many regulars. The mini sausage roll is served on a small plate with a knife and fork. I cannot fault this outlet. I did however, some years ago, go to the Michels at Plumpton, before it closed down. My sausage roll was balanced precariously on the side of my mug and saucer, and had coffee slopped all over it. For those unsatisfied customers who have complained to store owners with no result, complain to Michels HO directly. These franchisees have stringent operating procedures to adhere to. I have seen people with clipboards, looking at how the entire shop is being run, so I think they would be very protective of the Michels name and reputation.

Horrible customer service – Think this is a family owned business, one of the daughters has awful customer service. The owners are lovely and always cater for me and my visually impaired mum however the young bigger girl never has a smile on her face and looks angry every day. Worst cake ever – Purchased a cake for my oma’s 100th, a very special occasion, only to find the cake was BURNT and very dry under the icing. I was also refused a refund!

Great quality and service – I love my local Michel’s Patisserie- the food is always amazing and I look forward to seeing what is new on their special board. I’m particularly impressed by their trainees and how friendly and happy they always seem. This is a reflection of their management.

Don't go to Minto – After a bad experience at Minto I thought I'll give it another go. Big mistake ! Ordered mugachino and leminton . It was practically empty and I sat for ten minutes patiently.
