Ensure removalists stack boxes marked “fragile” on top of the ones marked “heavy”. 6. If storing furniture in a storage facility make sure they are familiar of how to utilise storage space efficiently. 7. Ensure you are familiar with payment methods and the surcharge if using credit card option. 8. Note down time of completion. 9. If there were any problems with the move call them as soon as the move has been completed.

The removalists called me three times while I was still busy packing. Once to advise me that they were on their way and the other two times to ask for directions.

They arrived at my address at 7:28am but on the paperwork they wrote they arrived at 7:00am (I have screenshots of their calls to me at 7:15am and their will be CCTV footage of their arrival). As I was so busy finishing packing I didn’t check everything I was signing - I just thought they could be trusted!

They came up to my 20th floor apartment without their trolleys and paperwork to assess how much furniture/boxes I had only to go back down again to collect one trolley and paperwork.

Although I had pasted “fragile” and “on top” stickers on boxes they disregarded them and stacked heavy boxes on top of my fragile boxes so I was forced to rearrange them.

The removalists also weren’t familiar with utilising storage space - they were placing the boxes at the back of the storage unit instead of placing the bed and larger items at the back and boxes towards the front so I could get to them when needed.

One of the removalists also haggled with me in relation to the credit card surcharge saying it was 10% and when I advised him that I was told it is only 2% he made a call (don’t know what was said because he spoke in a foreign language). When he got off the phone he said “3%”, okay 2%”. I went with paying by direct debit as I felt he couldn’t be trusted after that.

I called the company about half an hour later to advise them of the poor customer service only to be told that I should have called straight after the move - I guess half an hour later was too late!

The company owner also implied that I was a racist because I had the nerve to call the company to complain about the removalists and their unprofessional customer service.

I also want to add the owner of the company offered me a refund of $100 “in good faith” but in order to receive the refund (I was actually entitled to - as the removalists falsely noted on their paperwork they arrived at 7:00am instead of the actual time of arrival which was 7:28am) I would have to sign paperwork stating I would not come back asking for “more money” or “bag the company”.

I REFUSED TO SIGN PAPERWORK AS I FELT IT WAS MY RIGHT TO PROVIDE AN HONEST AND TRUE ACCOUNT OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH MOVEAGE GROUP.

dressed in uniforms, polite, helpful and so efficient. I really didn't need to tell them anything, they just knew exactly what to move, in what order, for maximum efficiency. I even trusted them with my beloved guitars, I would normally have taken them myself. My four bedroom house was packed into their truck in no time. Not a foot wrong. The truck and their equipment spotless. It was the same coming out at the other end. Beds and furniture positioned just right. Even rolled out the doormats. The whole job took just under four hours. Not a dent or scratch on anything. Kudos to Movage Group and thanks again to Sher and Dylan.

the police on how to find the removalists to try and recover an entire household of goods (3br house) when they literally went AWOL. We ended up getting our household goods 2 weeks later after engaging my lawyer and a visit from the police to their residence. 2 weeks sleeping on blow up mattresses and eating out for every meal with a 3 yr old. Let's just say....I'd been burnt badly in the past and didn't want a repeat.

Mine was a simple move in Brisbane. 3Br house move from one part of the complex to the other. Not far... but bulky things that were too big for me to manage. From the time I contacted Moveage, Johno and the team were nothing but respectful, professional and responsive.

You know when you look at the Moveage website and you see the professional trucks, the organised way everything is set out...that's what I experienced. I was notified on the day before my move, 20 min before they turned up and what turned up was exactly what I saw on the website.

Sher and Fabian handled my household goods like their own. They didn't rush to beat the clock and they didn't sit around chatting. They worked well and well together. They were polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you Johno, thank you Sher and thank you Fabian.

Who knows.....you may hear from me again....because if I move....I won't be calling anyone else.

This was moving number 26 for my wife and I - (over a period of 50 years) One of the very best- No pain – Guilherme & Gustavo did a fantastic job - flawless and extremely fast. The moved our 2 bedroom apartment in 4:15 hours, all included. The final cost was well below my expectation. Great job

Easily the best move I’ve experienced! – We used Moveage for a family 4 bedroom move. Dan and Zane were amazing. Nice people but not sure how trained they are – We used Moveage Group because of reviews on here. Very nice people but finding things after the fact that well trained removalist and packers should know. Our dryer is now broken and I’m surprised the washer still works as the parts that are required to be installed before a move were sitting next to the machines but the same guys also packed up… Read more

my laundry and kitchen so just proceeded to pack those parts up and didn’t use them in the machines to move. We have moved previously with Mini Movers and never had this issue as they always knew to install these parts in the machines prior to moving. I’ve had things jammed into other things in the packing and a couple of minor things damaged. I paid for 3 removalist but because the packing material was supposedly put in the wrong truck, one had to leave to go pick it up but yet I believe I was still charged for all of his time. These are things they need better training in - packing and proper packing up washer and dryer to be moved with the parts installed for removal.

Good but slow – 3 Bedroom Duplex 10Km move from Burpengary Qld to Narangba Qld Very punctual, promised arrival time between 6 - 8, arrived at 6:30. Took great care with our belongings, very professional, but felt like they were a bit slow. On the expensive side.

My Blood Still Boils after 4years – Arrived at 2PM to move the contents of our four bedroom house to their storage at Lawnton ( 30 Km ) and then to our next house ( say 50Km ). Finished at 8PM. Damage was so excessive I still have not come to terms with it after 4 Yrs.

This is the fifth time I have used Movage group because I have always found them to be 10/10 - and just like every other time they were consistently excellent! Booking online is easy, the communication spot on and the actual move was hassle free. Santiago & Jose worked diligently to move us, they were hard working and very careful. I cannot recommend Movage Group enough to anyone needing to move house!

Awesome service – Daniel and Zane arrived on time. Loaded the furniture, boxes etc efficiently and carefully. They were both very friendly and obliging. Would use them again without hesitation and will recommend to friends. They most certainly took the stress out of moving day.

Fantastic service – My move with Sher and Dylan combined large items and boxes from two households into one and moved excess to a storage unit. Service was excellent - prompt arrival, efficient loading and unloading, lots of care taken with items and all done in just over 2 hours! Will definitely be using these guys again when I move into my new build.

Fantastic Removalists – We had Sher and Dylan from Moveage Group. They were fantastic. Arrived on time. Very efficient. They even made recommendations on where to put things in our new house and how not to damage floor boards etc. We are very happy customers!

Best Moving Experience – We move a lot - every few years - Moveage Group are the best movers we have ever used. Quiet - efficient calm - and quick under six hours start to finish. They were careful, respectful, read what was written on cartons. Absolutley amazing.

Works out better for everyone – First of all Movage group was most accommodating and slotted us in with very little notice, able to change dates on short notice too which was an absolute godsend in this stressful time. We moved 15 minutes away and our movers David and Danilo were absolute workhorses getting the job done in under 3 hours with some very tricky pieces of furniture up and down stairs and tight turns. Excellent service – I was very impressed with the service provided by Moveagegroup, in particular David & Danilo who were extremely courteous and efficient. The online booking system was easy to use with follow up calls by Nathan to confirm preferred dates and times which was greatly appreciated.. On the day everything went as planned with many thanks again to David & Danilo for making this such a stress free experience.
