Rubbish – It falsely claims on the box that it can be shaped into 8 different types of contour pillow. It's complete nonsense, it's just a standard pillow, it doesn't do anything special and certainly doesn't act like a contoured pillow as pictured on the box. I tried leaving a review on the bambillo website but they refused to post a negative review which is why I'm now leaving reviews on objective review sites. Show details

Great pillows – Used to suffer with a lot of neck pain until I started using Bambillo pillows to sleep Was a bit apprehensive at first because they seemed bulkier than my usual pillows but now wouldn’t be without one!

My partner doesn't snore so loud! – Firstly I am in wait list for spinal fusion surgery for my neck. finding a pillow was impossible I've spent hundreds of $$$ on getting one that doesn't make my neck seize up over night... SCAM. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY – What prompted me to buy this was the "8-in-1" adjustability advertised on the box. stuffing to make it lower profile, but the Bambillo does not. I wrote to the company and asked how to adjust it. Their reply, incredibly, was "just lie on it and it will adjust itself to you". This makes it no different to any other foam pillow on the market, and my continued requests for assistance went un-answered. I wrote to Harris Scarfe, the store where I purchased the pillow, and explained the borderline false advertising on the Bambillo packaging. I mentioned that I understood the hygiene rules for pillow returns but this was an exceptional case due to the company's blatant lying about their product. They agreed and allowed me to return the pillow. I now have the Eva pillow which is exactly what I was looking for. Just FYI, in its normal state the Bambillo is an extremely high pillow that would suit only the largest-framed sleepers. My husband has extremely broad shoulders and even he found it unusable. TL:DR--Not adjustable as it claims, company does not back up product, do not buy.

If this was on a pillow menu it would be listed as a pancake – To start with this pillow was comfortable, it was nice and supportive. Now I wake up with terrible neck pain. To say it’s 8 different pillows in one is a scam, after a couple of months my pillow represents a pancake more than a pillow. it's an overpriced over marketed rip off. However I do think it would be an excellent pillow for undertakers to use in coffins. Bam Bam Barney Rubble and Fred Flintstone have better pillows. Bambillow no bamboo in this pillow – TV Shop sells a pillow called Bambillow. Don't be fooled like I was. There is no Bamboo in this pillow. They say I misinterpreted the name. They claim to be the original. 8 pillows in 1. Adjustable, cool, comfortable. Anyone who lives in a warm climate knows that polyester is not cool. Worst purchase I ever made – I purchased 2 Bamboo pillows hoping to get the comfort and support that was advertised however after using one of the pillows I developed severe neck and spine pain. LOVE MY BAMBILLO – I love my bambillo, it's the best night sleep ever and when i wake up I don't have headaches and feel refreshed. I left my bambillo at a frie ds place have not had a good night sleep since even got upset because i could not get comfortable with my other pillows. stayed at friends or family when sleeping. Finally realized that the only thing that had changed since last winter was the pillow. I took the pillow off the bed and stopped coughing immediately!! I am still getting over the wheeze but would suggest any asthmatics who have a Bambillo and notice an increase in their symptoms consider their pillow!

The best pillow I've ever owned – I've tried other pillows, from kmart to high end $200 - $300 pillows.... nothing matches up to the bambillo. I like a firm high pillow and that's exactly what I got.
