items I had use petroleum based & AZO dyes, as well as, flavour enhancers such as MSG. I think for transparency and brand image the items that are free of such things should be noted as such so that customers with a more restrictive diet can clearly see what to buy vs what to avoid. Overall disappointed in Australias leading gym/health ready meal company.

the most cheapest meat cuts. I was so surprised by how poorly this meal was arranged. So tired of companies offering quality meals and making you pay for it and they deliver a sub-standard product. after the first meal I bought from My Muscle Chef spaghetti Bolognaise which was 80% sauce and very poor quality mince I gave them another go and got a curry that was more gristle than good meat. Usual story with companies until some number cruncher gets involved and says, “Hey we can make more money if we buy poor quality meats…” start well then fall for profit over product. Disgusting meal. Sad really because they have a great marketing. Advantage but throw it away due to greed for profit over product. Will never buy another My Muscle Chef meal again.

The thought that I could have eaten this is beyond disgusting. To make it worse, you can actually see parts of the fly lying amongst the food, including a detached leg and wing, that was cooked along with the meal. It’s stomach-turning and completely unacceptable by any standard of food safety.

And this isn’t even an isolated incident. I’ve previously had two separate meals from you where I bit down on small rocks. Not one - two. Your response at the time? A refund for a single meal. That should have been my warning sign, because clearly nothing has improved.

This latest incident has genuinely put me off eating altogether tonight. It’s not just disappointing - it’s alarming. Your quality control appears nonexistent, and based on your pattern of responses to other negative reviews, you seem far more interested in issuing hollow apologies than actually fixing the problem.

At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in the safety or integrity of your food. Disgusting.

The menu offered by My Muscle Chef, inclusive of meals and snacks etc is both innovative and outstanding. In elaborating further, not only does any specific item hold a high nutritional value to complement individual goals but the taste is absolutely impeccable. The protein cookies, specifically the salted caramel and macadamia flavour are amazing where I have one of these everyday. In conjunction, I regularly have their meals which are very accessible through retailers and also online. From the combination of both these items in my diet, I feel fulfilled and satisfied that I am on track with my continued recovery from profound medical difficulties I am experiencing. On top of this, the convenience of having these available is invaluable, especially for those with time constraints or disabilities of concern.

Please, if you’re contemplating trying the products offered by My Muscle Chef, do not hesitate to pursue this. I assure that you will certainly not be disappointed with the quality of the food and also the service provided by their customer service team if ordering online where you have a larger selection of items to choose from. One last note, my favourite meal representing the beef lasagne on their menu is delicious which far outweighs anything similar bought elsewhere. This only reinforces that the ingredients and recipes used by the chefs at My Muscle Chef are beyond outstanding.

To the people complaining about the portion sizes, these aren't standard rubbish full fat full sodium easy meals like the frozen section of the supermarket sells. Moving on, we just got our first delivery of MMC delivered this morning (first time customers). We were so excited for our delivery, and it didn't disappoint. We aren't obese or needing to lose weight, but wanting to cut down on cooking EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. My partner and i both work physically and mentally draining jobs, and we are getting sick of coming home and having to prep and cook every night.

We don't have or want kids, so this works well for us. Had one of the meals for lunch today, it was delicious! We purposely chose all high protein meals (fuller, longer, no snacking).

Plus you get a very generous discount on your first 3 online orders. And yes, it IS cheaper to order online directly (Woolies are about $1.10 per meal more expensive). So your first 3 orders work out REALLY cheap. And delivered to your front door, chilled (fridge vans, and insulated boxes with ice bricks inside).

Their delivery and tracking system is also very good! We compared MMC to many other ready meal services, and they came out on top for us (didn't want pre frozen meals, they get too watery when you reheat them).

delivery service we use ( and love), and we have never been so disappointed. The meals (I struggle to even call them food) were ridiculously small, flavourless, almost vegetable-free and looked and smelt awful. We ordered over 20 meals for the two of us for the week, and I ended up giving a good chunk of them away to family members who, for some reason I will never understand, choose to eat this slop. We will never order from MMC again, and I would recommend that anyone looking to eat food, not pig swill, avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong protein bars and noticed the mistake IMMEDIATELY after checkout. Since it was outside support hours, I emailed them literally within 2–3 minutes of placing the order. minutes? Sounds like a complete excuse just so they don’t have to help customers. There’s also NO option anywhere to edit or cancel an order yourself, which makes the whole system even worse.

So basically, once they’ve taken your money, you’re stuck with it whether it was a genuine mistake or not. Extremely frustrating experience and terrible customer support. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again, and I’ll be telling my friends and colleagues not to bother either!

Do love MC meals but they need more Veggie and Vegan options. The same 5 meals gets boring and often why I stop my orders. Bring back the Satay tofu, because that by far was your best veggie option. Lose 1 stars purely for lack of options. Show details ·  1

I ordered 16 meals from My Muscle Chef on 31 March and selected Saturday, 4 April as the delivery date. However, the meals were delivered earlier than scheduled—at 11:46pm on Friday, 3 April. As a result, the box was left outside my door overnight. By the next morning, when I opened it, all the frozen meals had defrosted. Meals are yummy and filling. The only problem for my family and me is that we order on a fortnightly cycle, and some meals are duplicated. However, the duplicated meals all have the same expiry date which makes it difficult to spread them across the two weeks and add Varity. Show details ·  1
