Being faced with shipping my furniture from Australia to the UK was a daunting prospect, but OSS made it easy. They were professional and extremely helpful and reassuring from the beginning. impressed by their honesty. They have overquoted the freight, and immediately after they have realised it they informed me and paid me back! Three guys came to deliver my belongings. They were so nice, cheerful and quick, friendly and polite . At the beginning of this journey, the consultant told me that they were not the cheapest but I would never regret. storage for about 9 months and OSS organised that without any problems. Delivery to my new house in Australia, again was very quick - about 3.5 Hours) and there was no damage any of my belongings. The tean again were very friendly and accomodating.

In conclusion a a very positive experiance with OSS. I would fully recomend then to anyone who needs this type of service.

and we frequently had to chase OSS for basic information. What they communicated and promised us was never delivered

When our belongings did finally arrive after six months, multiple furniture items were damaged — those that were severely damaged were unfixable. Several pieces were chipped, smashed, or structurally compromised, and sentimental, irreplaceable items were broken. We were explicitly instructed not to pack anything ourselves because OSS would handle "professional" packing.

After all this and despite extensive photographic evidence, OSS refused to assess responsibility, stating that because advanced transit insurance was declined, the matter would not be reviewed “regardless of the nature or cause of the damage.” Damage was repeatedly described as “normal transit movement,” even where the extent of destruction was clearly inconsistent and not caused with minor vibration or wear.

The most concerning aspect was the position taken by OSS that service quality and packing standards are irrelevant if insurance is not purchased. Insurance may determine financial recovery, but it does not erase a mover’s responsibility to pack and handle goods professionally. The refusal to separate insurance coverage from basic duty of care was embarrassing on their account, and frustrating and disappointing on ours.

OSS referenced industry standards, but in our case there was no meaningful accountability when the outcome fell well short of professional expectations and denied all accountability.

Bottom line is that we lost thousands of dollars worth of precious items that we worked hard to obtain all because OSS does not respect the property of their customers nor how long it takes to get there. They possess an inflexible, dismissive approach to responsibility once problems arise, and while we cannot pursue legal action any further, we would not recommend OSS World Wide to anyone.

packing and service was excellent. We were located in a fairly remote area in the mountains south west France. No problem to locate us, 2 chaps from Valencia, arrived on time. They were so careful with packing, crockery, glasses items of value. Very polite and packed and left within a few hours. We were very comfortable with the experience. We were contacted thru the shipment process, again professional and on the ball. Shipment was due to be delivered 16th July. Aaron called and confirmed delivery would be between 8.00 am and 10.00am. Delivery was made approximatley 9.20 am. Everything looks as it left France. We have not unpacked but feel everything will be fine. removalists on the OSS side were quite good, professional and packed up the house rather quickly.

There were some unfortunate concerns post arrival in Canada, however these seem to have been with the receiving company. These concerns were addressed by our OSS contact quickly and effectively.

In regards to our belongings, only a single glass item was damaged, given it was glass sent by sea over a several month journey, we understand this can happen. We did take out insurance just incase prior to departure, and are awaiting claim response so can't comment on this aspect. Our other belongings were quite well packed and didn't have damage. We were allowed to keep the shipping boxes for our kids to play with.

I would highlight that when we raised our concern with OSS, we received replies from several team members, all of whom seemed to empathize with us and act to expedite a resolution. Which is a sign of a good business in my personal opinion.

Misha who done the quote was great came out to our place in person (2 hour drive) to go through everything, offering different options. Misha was very clear about everything, and communicated well. Experience was helpful. We feel waited for long time. But it's fast shipped & delivered in big picture. Without missing or damage items. Delivery staff helpful as well include washing machine installation. :)

Matt and Josh were absolutely amazing they arrived ready to provide the service we needed. Our goods and home were treated with care. I highly recommend their service as they went above and beyond and made the experience stress-free. Had a few really good laughs along the way with certainly lightened the load.

Anu was friendly, helpful and was very prompt in giving us an update in every step regarding the arrival and delivery of our effects coming from Christchurch, New Zealand. It has now been over 10 months since the original pickup, and I am still trying to get my belongings back. Throughout this process: Communication has been unclear and inconsistent Responses are slow and often vague No confirmed delivery dates are ever provided Responsibility appears to shift, with little ownership of resolving the situation

OSS International moves are stressful enough, and this experience has significantly added to that stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the prolonged delays, lack of transparency, and ongoing uncertainty around delivery.

The evaluator and packing team operated to a high professional standard. The interaction was consistently polite and responsive to enquiries and acted promptly. This is my second shipment to the US with OSS and both met all my needs.

planning was seamless. The shipping, transfer and unloading of boxes at the final destination was so quick. Our agent Gabbie was intouch with updates before we could even think to ask for them. Any shipping delay was communicated and the professionalism was top tier. Unpacking day was so quick. The team was on time and prepared for everything. We were honeslty blown away by the great service. They truly understand the stress of a move this big and try their best to make it as easy as possible.

I moved form NZ and Anu assisted us with the process. Simply amazing, always prompt to help and assist. But not much assistance required as he always kept us posted on the status and next step. The delivery team was also friendly and efficient. Quick in, unpacked and out!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at OSS. Jacqueline Marks especially was absolutely fantastic she is not only professional in all aspects, but she also kept us informed completely of our furniture from NZ to Maroochydore.
