booking, I obtained four quotes to compare options and found your pricing to be very reasonable for the size of the load. More importantly, the communication throughout the process was excellent. Both Jo and Fay were incredibly responsive and explained everything clearly, so I always understood the plan and timing from start to finish.

I requested a 7:00am start on a Saturday morning and, true to your word, the team called 30 minutes before arrival and pulled up exactly on time. Vahid and Sebastian immediately took control of the move and worked efficiently and professionally while still making sure I felt relaxed and confident that everything was being handled properly. They listened to my concerns and adapted appropriately. At the other end, the team again called ahead about 40 minutes before arrival. Everything had been packed and organised thoughtfully, which made unloading into the apartment smooth and stress-free. The whole process was handled with a great balance of efficiency and care.

Overall, your team made what could have been a very stressful interstate move feel organised, professional and easy. I truly appreciated the clear communication, punctuality and the attitude of the moving crew throughout the entire process.

I was nervous about my interstate move, especially with fragile and special furniture pieces, but Quick & Easy Removals and Storage exceeded my expectations! Under-quoted by $16,000 and arrived with one small truck despite clear information and photographs re: size of load. Promised to move 5 bedroom home and business office interstate in two days and took a week until the last load arrived having been unpacked and reloaded due to availability of trucks. Firstly, I begrudgingly accepted the fact that they are just shy of twice the price of any other removalist in the Hornsby area because we were screwed over by the other company and needed someone immediately - I saw this as a last minute surcharge. However, for them to drag it out to take 7.5 hours while at this rate is LITERAL robbery. It was a one bedroom unit on the second floor (specifically 32 steps) to a ground floor house only three (3) blocks away in the same suburb. With minimal furniture and everything already packed in boxes, this was a 1.5-2 hours job tops. I let them in, showed them around, and everything was yes, yes, this is okay. I left for work and let them get to work. Firstly they used some sticky tape they found in the kitchen without permission to tape furniture in place - they didn't use their own packing tape! So, now taking all the tape off and brought up the paint on everything. Gross. To take 7.5 hours for a 2 hour job is daylight robbery - it's slacking off on the job, it's taking the mickey out of goodwill, it's plain disgusting. It took only two trips, which is about 10-12 minutes driving all up (remember - it's literally only 3 blocks away, we're not talking about a drive from Sydney to Port Macquarie or anything), so the other 7 hours was them moving the furniture and the already packed boxes. There were an Earth shattering number of breaks that they took every time they went to the truck, smoking, chatting, mucking about while on the job. Ridiculous. Over $2,000 to move a one bedder three blocks away! ROBBERY! As this is the second time I've been underwhelmed with their delivered service, I'll never be using them again. I can not in all good conscience, recommend these guys. Nothing Quick or Easy about these people.

Quick or not? – Positive: Arrived on time, no damage to items. Excellent service from office staff. 1 wardrobe 2 chest of drawers (Ikea type) 1 desk and chair 1 easy chair 1 seat for shower area 1 fridge, 1 washing machine 1 small TV cabinet 1 lamp stand, couple of rods 1 microwave 10 small-medium potted plants 1 plastic storage box of crockery Everything else, we had neatly packed into 20 or so cardboard cartons of equal size, and 8-10 large striped carry bags.

At pick up site: Things taken from ground floor, along a short path to the truck. At delivery  taken by lift to third floor.

Total job: 3 hours  + 30 min travel + half hour call out fee. I paid $600.

I dealt with Ayman over the phone and organised removal for the following week in Collaroy for a 2 bed unit. Two removalists, John and Joe turned up on time, and packed our stuff caredully and in and organised way. They are now storing it for 2 months and then delivering it to Ballina. Excellent job all round.

Movers did a fabulous job, hired 4.5T truck for our warehouse move. The 2 movers were professional, arrived in allocated time and finished on time. We luckily got in a last minute on Friday, thanks to the booking staff and highly recommended

I recently moved the house by quick and easy, they are very fast and easy. Prices are not cheap but they are taking care of your gome stuff and worth it, very happy with three man in my home and handle my project, they are real mover company and know the things,i highly recommended them.

like removing screws. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that at times, the pace of moving items to the truck felt a little slow. However, the overall service was excellent, and I am thoroughly satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

We have to move all furnitures from a unit in Waterloo and delivering to AshField and Condell Park. We are happy with the service. Good and friendly staff. Very easy to deal with.
