team leader for Bulli site. They do a great job Spotless cleaning is a great company. I highly recommend them. Spotless cleaning company also look after defence sites also which is what l am trying to achieve l die to work in the Army Barack in my area. End of lease clean is hard work l loved it at NCE that's why l chosen to give up my pension for FT work with the Spotless cleaning company have high standard and want in do right first to. Try it if you are happy with them stay with the if not live and learn and find someone else. Its up to you won't know till you try

Terrible terrible cleaning – If you are looking for a cleaning company, stay away from this company. Terrible cleaning, I hired them to do end of lease cleaning, when they showed up, asked for cash payment, and told me email me receipt later. needs the receipt to for the carpet cleaning, otherwise won't inspect the property, they didn't even pick up the phone. Still try to get the receipt.... I wish I have a look the reviews before I got this company, Definitely will avoid it. And the job definitely won't pass the end of lease inspection.

TERRIBLE IN EVERYWAY – I would never hire this company again, the house was in a horrible state after the first clean, the returned to try and fix it and again it was left dirty, then they called and advised they wouldnt come and hung up on us. as you will not get what you pay for.

The cupboard were still dirty, floors werent done, bathrooms werent properly cleaned, nothing was done to any sort of decent standard.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am furious!!! – Basically they did not clean anything properly and they now will not reply to me to explain themselves! pretty much not been touched

- The door frames were dusty

- Clean the floors properly

- Wipe the bathroom cupboards down

- Clean the shower frame

So pretty much for a one bedroom apartment I am not sure what kept them busy for 2.5 hours because it took me 2.5 hours to clean it that night so I could return my keys.

And they wont give me a receipt!

Just avoid!
