happy to answer my questions, making the whole process run smoothly. I would also like to give Brian from the Installations team a huge thankyou, his communication with us was second to none. Brian made the Installation process run very smoothly. Last but not least a huge thankyou to the Sunboost Installers for doing such a wonderful job installing our Battery system. report that the circuit breaker had tripped, otherwise I would have been able to get onto it much more quickly. Initially, I had no idea what was causing the problem. But that's an ESY issue rather than Sunboost.

Rachael from sunboost was fantastic.Always returning calls if needed to solve our problem,and always willing to help whatever was needed.In the end excellent result everything worked out well.

I didn’t have to wait long for the installation and the installers were friendly and helpful. The Electrician, who connected my battery took time to show me how to use the monitoring app before he left.

full rewire of the switchboard and connected my 2 existing separate solar systems...a neat and clean installation which is working beyond my expectations. Sunboost kept me informed of what was happening and followed up after istallation. They completed all documentation and all that was required to a good standard. I would use Sunboost again.

Well it finally happened. I had Sunboost clean my solar panels and check all connections for corrosion. They charged over $800 for the job that took a single tech less than 2 hours. The tech was great and did an amazing job but the fees are ridiculous and almost the same amount that I've saved in the past year. Will be looking elsewhere next time.

Satisfied with the work done however a site inspection of the premises before signing up should be mandatory. I was advised that a separate granny flat (gf) would benefit from the solar system however when the installation team came out they advised me that the gf would not be linked to the system due to having its own electrical sub board. have to get a separate system for the gf with its own inverter. The sales person should have asked the sub board question to validate that what she was telling me was accurate as this would have influenced me on the size of the system I chose. This highlights the need for attention to detail by sales staff and site inspections prior to finalising the quotation.

My system was poorly installed and was disconnected after being considered unsafe/uncompliant by Energex. I received no Safety Certificate! It's been 3 months now without a confirmed fix date. Sunboost has recognized the issue but has been extremely slow in follow-up. Still hopeful they will come fix it soon and I can give positive update.

I'm only giving 4stars because in my opinion Sun boost objective is getting the sale in the bag. The whole pre sale transactions consisted of me taking photos of where the batteries could be located, floor plans of the house. I also provide a second option for the location of battery. was ok.They provided a quotation. I accepted the quote, paid the deposit. A couple of days later I receive a phone call from Sunboost saying the installer would be there on Monday. Also the caller indicated the remaining amount to be paid by the Monday. On the Monday before the installer arrived I receive a SMS telling me to deposit the remaining amount. I deposited into the nominated bank account. A few moments later the installer arrives to carry out the installation of the batteries. Before the installation could be undertaken, the installer undertook mandatory safety and regulations requirements and found the location chosen didn't meet the requirements. The location of the second option was viewed and passed the mandatory safety checks. This location was approved. Now the Stinger with the relocation came additional cost. And before any work got started, I had to deposit that amount of money. I was a little pissed off to say the least, and I vented this to Sunboost staff. Instead of conducting a sale in front of a computer screen have someone who has experience in the mandatory rules and regulations out to people homes and provide a true quote. If I want an Electrician or a Plumber, Carpenter to the location and provide a quote. I have no qualms with the installer he did and excellent job and set up the app and explained how it all worked.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the recent service/maintenance on our solar system. Before I do this I'd like to acknowledge that we have used Sunboost to install our solar panels in 2023, and then in 2026 you installed our solar battery system. But this service/maintenance that was recently carried out has left us very disappointed. We feel that we didn't receive a proper job for the $700.00 we paid. In fact, you seemed more interested in us paying the $700 before the service was actually carried out.

The technicians were only on the roof for a total of 15 minutes. Yes, I timed it. I can't see how you can properly inspect and clean 16 panels that were on 3 different areas of the roof in that short amount of time.

We have 6 panels on west side of main roof, 5 panels on north side of main roof, and 5 panels on north side of 2nd story. I'm not sure that the technician went onto 2nd story to do an inspection and panel clean.

Before the technicians arrived, I messaged them to confirm they were still attending. I also asked them the approximate timeframe they would need to carry out service. I was told 1 - 1 and 1/2 hours, depending on condition of panels.

When they arrived I greeting them and pulled out a list of what was included in complete system check. They glanced at it but didn't seem too interested. I went inside and let them set up their equipment.

We feel you have let us down on this occasion, as a valued repeat customer.
