1 Ben B.  · Don't waste your money or time – Scam. Don't bother wasting your time or your money. Fantasting looking website and cheap prices. Don't be fooled!!!
1 Unhappy customer  · Outrageous return fees – Wanted $29.99 to return a pair of gloves that were the wrong size. Unbelievable. I won't be shopping with Wiggle again.
1 Glenn  · Website is a joke! – Ordered a month ago..haven’t seen my goods and whenever I try to log onto their website it just times out.
4 Rowdy1  · Always A1 – Have shopped here a number of times, orders always arrive within a week and in full, most bike accessories are much cheaper at wiggles.com.au
5 MarieD  · Fast!!! – I bought my watch uncertain about the previous reviews but no problem at all!! Bought on tuesday, received on friday! Fast!!!
5 Michael Guerin  · wiggle.com.au is Good – I had a pair of faulty headphones. Wiggle refunded the amount that I purchased these for and provided a refund for postage costs.

Very bad customer service – I ordered a wetsuit that was clearly labeled as a men's model. Unfortunately, the article number belongs to the women's model (how should I know that, there was nothing about women's models in the shopping cart?) So the women's model was delivered, which is much too small. Wiggle does not want to make a refund as they delivered what I ordered. Very poor customer service!

Extortionate delivery prices from a previously good site – Used to rely on Wiggle when was living in Australia previously. Now back and looking to order much needed products. The minimum order of $199 for free delivery is crazy and $25 for delivery is madness. Looks like I will be looking elsewhere , but its a shame as their products are reasonably priced.

Extremely disappointing – My husband ordered an aerobar bike handlebars on the 6th of November and he paid express post as he needed them ASAP, which was an additional $30.99. He emailed them on the 14th of November to query where his handlebars are. He got a response saying there would be a reply within ideally 72 hours or 7 days at latest. It’s now the 24th of… Read more

November, he has received no response and no handlebars. The tracking updated and advised it’s delayed but will be sent by 19th of November (well, obviously not). No update since then. We have requested a refund for not only the cost of the product but the express post too. Hopefully we get a response, or will escalate it further.

Customer service does not exist, Chat not working – Received the wrong item. Wiggle sent cycling trail liner shorts for men and the order was for women and (the padding is different for men and women). https://www.wiggle.com.au/assos-womens-trail-liner-cycle-shorts. Tried to return using the customer service contact three times over 2 weeks. No response back. Tried to use chat during the hours they… Read more

have on their website. Chat does not work, cannot click on it to start. Have purchased from wiggle previously without an issue but I have not had to return an incorrectly sent item. Now see there are many people that have had the same experience.

Don’t buy expensive items – They are very hard to deal with even when it’s completely their fault. I bought a rim brake wheelset and received a disc brake set. After having to organise the return and being in there hub for days I’m still waiting for a refund. Just don’t buy expensive items from them wheelsets/bikes etc. It’s just not worth the risk as they really don’t care… Read more

and are hard to deal with them just sending automated responses. There are far better on line retailers to buy bike parts from remembering Chain Reaction is the same company. Be warned.

Don’t waste your time – Ordered a pair of shoes, finally arrived after expected delivery date and the box was completely squished. There’s no way I could possibly gift this to someone as planned. Customer service was the bare minimum. They obviously do not understand customer service, will never shop here again.

My experience is Zero Product Support – The lack of product support from Wiggle has been breathtaking. Purchased a new Zone3 wetsuit 3 weeks ago and quickly noticed a small tear starting at the end of one leg near the ankle after several uses. Following 2 separate attempts for advice & assistance via their advertised help email, the silence has been deafening (There is no Australian… Read more

support phone). Very different from the purchasing experience where everything was prompt and efficient. I’m 64yo and only a recreational swimmer, you would not get anyone less demanding on their equipment than me. Will be ensuring my swim club does not buy anything of value from Wiggle

Excellent very quick delivery – I saw several negative reviews of this company, so was a bit hesitant to place an order, but this was the only outlet that had the Scarpa trekking shoes that I was after. The shoes arrived in perfect condition, and arrived very quickly to Melbourne from the UK. I can't comment on their customer service, as I didn't need to contact them, but I would certainly use this company again.

Bought several products and very happy - Wiggle organised replacement of one faulty item quickly :) – Have purchased several products and very good quality and happy. Also, bought 4 hand warmers (Lifesystem) recently - excellent quality & highly recommend One was faulty and they quickly processed replacement. Was worried when I saw some reviews but customer service was excellent. Thanks Michael G from Wiggle customer service team for assisting me so promptly and professionally !!! Used to be really good, Not any more! – I have had previous good dealings with Wiggle dating back to about 2015, almost always on time and the goods I ordered. They seem to have swapped to an utterly incompetent courier (DAI Global) locally who actually use Aramex for their deliveries. My delivery stopped for a couple of weeks and DAI have no pickup capability so I asked them to not… Read more

deliver as I was heading overseas for a few months and I wasn't going to be here to collect the parcel from the secure storage facility I use and instead reordered the gear to pick up overseas. I also asked wiggle to contact DAI and cancel the delivery.

2 weeks after this the parcel was delivered! Absolute radio silence from DAI and wiggle's only response was to tell me that it wasn't their fault and that they couldn't be held liable due to the terms and conditions on their website, despite multiple emails they just kept reiterating this while making absolutely no effort to help.

I won't be using them again, plenty of local options now at a much higher standard of service.

Terrible Returns Policy – Ordered some knee pads which cost me $24 to have delivered (wiping out most of the sale price of the item). They're too small, so now I have to pay another $30 to return them with no option to swap to a larger size. No more Wiggle for me.

Terrible Service – Ordered some gear from Wiggle which was $50 less than the free delivery ceiling. Seven to ten days for delivery was quoted. After about 20 days I sent a message enquiring about a delivery date. I was told that because I had supplied a PO Box, the delivery company could not deliver it unless I supplied an alternate address. I did this promptly. One… Read more

day later I receive another message saying sorry but your money will be refunded. Another message from me enquiring as to why, met with another sorry and a theory that items must have been returned to Wiggle. A few days later I receive my refund less the delivery costs I paid of about $15. So $15 out of pocket for delivery and $3 for the exchange rate. I send a another message about this and they say sorry again and will refund the postage. Summary. Give them a big miss. Shop local which as it turned out was the same price without the delivery and constant emails

OK Product range - slow shipping partners – Wiggle has been a trusted online bike store for many years, but their recent shipping has been extremely slow. 1 month for an order to arrive, of which 2 weeks was the order sitting with the courier in the UK and then 1 week with the courier in Australia, but Wiggle tried to blame AU customs for the delay, even though AU customs processed in 1 day. Too unreliable now.

They sent the wrong size – It took forever to get to Australia and when it did they were the wrong size. The return prompted me to pay $29 to send it back which after an email they wiped. Only good thing about this experience is that they returned my money (minus the shipping) and that didn’t punch a hole in the wall.

Bad shipping partner – Package delayed, sitting with carrier for days no movement. In the future will only purchase from company if FedEx or DHL is offered. Wiggle uses Dai, similar low-level quality as Toll or Australia Post.

Poor Customer service- returns policy – Ordered a cycling top and when it arrived it was too small despite me ordering my usual XXL size(cycling clothing sizing is notoriously variable). Wiggle returns policy requires the customer to pay return postage which in this case was 40% of the item. Tried to engage with their customer services and received a response which could be summarised… Read more

as 'like it or leave' so henceforth I will order from a company that pays a little more attention to their customer needs and provides better service.

Wiggle cancelled my order then refused to provide a full refund – Ordered a large product and was charged a significant amount for freight. Wiggle cancelled my order twice. Courier company “lost” the first order then “damaged” the second. After many emails and live chats I did manage to get a partial refund but after many more emails, live chats and assurances and over a month later I’m still waiting for the freight to be refunded.

Very poor customer service – I ordered shoes and instead got a bike helmet. A standard reply email referenced work in April, although we were well into May. It then took them 48 hours to respond. Despite messing up the order, they wouldn't correct it until receiving the wrong item back. No contrition. Not the customer service experience one would expect of a major brand.

Australian website, but ships from UK! BEWARE – Unfortunately, I had no idea that wiggle.com.au would be shipping from the UK. Or I would have never ordered. Yes it's on the website in the small print but who checks every com.au site to confirm they are really located in Australia, I wanted to order from Australia. I thought I'd receive it faster and and that I could return it easily. But no.… Read more

Shipping took almost a month. The product was ok but too small, but of course now its no longer a local return but an international one. Too much trouble for a pair of fins so thats $50 down the drain. And they removed my review because they are trying to hide they are not in Australia. The only reason I ordered from them is because I thought I could easily return exchange. NOT.

Good discount however BEWARE DELIVERY, ALL UK, NOT AU – 2 weeks from order and the items still in UK. "wiggle.com.au" is NOT located in AU! Dang, I didn't check "product review" BEFORE order, lol. The 9 days seemed slow for local, but was a good discount, so no complaints there. Now I'm reading the excessive amount of poor feedback. NOT LOCAL, BUYER BEWARE :)

ABSOLUTE SCAM – Sophisticated scam. Worst part is I read these reviews and took a chance anyway because they had an item I really wanted. But thats the trick - thats how they get you! LOST $200 AUD down the drain! Don't be fooled - all the email addresses are "not attended" etc - they send you on a series of loopholds & dead ends.

Don't even bother – Ordered a tri suit to be delivered to Australia. The initially promised that although delivery times vary that the item would arrive within 9 working days. It's been 6 weeks now and no sign of the package. The customer service team keep telling me they've escalated it with courier however I never hear anything further. Cheap for a reason. Better off with a reputable company and paying a bit more so you actually receive the item.

Failure to deliver – Be careful with this company as international deliveries are a problem. They are difficult to deal with, and do not response finding all the excuses possible not to response.

No response back from a purchased item already damaged upon delivery – Purchased a saddle from this store and it got delivered with damage to the rails. Tried contacting customer service numerous times about this and no response. Don’t waste your time with this store.

Terrible returns policy – I bought a number of items from wiggle.com.au (Australian website extension) and was very disappointed to find out I needed to spend $30 to return one item to the UK!!! Add to that, the self-postage option they promote was not available. Very disappointing. Don't be caught out people.

Are they in bed with Australia Post??? – Bought a pair of cycling knicks recently and I need to return as the sizing chart was wildly inaccurate - they are way smaller than expected. They cost me $30 on sale for DHB shorts (their own brand I think) but to return them it would cost $30 via Australia Post (only 2 options available both with them and both $30. So as many others have said, don't mess up the order and unfortunately you can't trust the size charts.
