setting. They refused to pick up the food which I cannot eat, as it all contained meat. Their only resolution was to refund me 50% and give me a $10 credit for the next order. This is not acceptable for an issue caused by bad website coding. I do not recommend this service to anyone that has specific dietary requirements.

I ended up donating the food to someone who can eat it, but now I'm out $50 and have nothing to eat for the week.

was ok, but a bit bland. Then had the BBQ beef, tough, and chewy, so moved on to the slow cooked lamb, also tough, chewy, grisly, dog reckoned it was ok. I've cooked many a slow cooked lamb, beef and pork, and it's fall apart tender. No wonder they're low calorie, you can only eat 2/3 of it. I have 1 chicken meal left, I don't think you can stuff chicken up, can you?? Going back to cooking my own food. In fairness, I think possibly, the only successful pre-prepared meals, would probably be pasta based in a sauce, but as I'm not a huge fan of pasta I can't say. Edit..Just had my last meal, roast chicken and gravy. Seems like I was right, and it is hard to stuff chicken up. This meal was quite tasty and satisfying. Credit where credit is due.

Youfoodz are a breath of fresh air to us!! We look forward to opening our Wednesday delivery and to not having to concern ourselves with ingredients, cooking time and cleanup of pots and pans. We are both very busy and find Youfoodz hits the spot for dinner and suits our life style, We are both enjoying shedding some weight as well!! Predatory subscription is correct. They say orders are a one time occurrence but they bill you and for more than previous order for food that you haven't ordered. dishes are good, some like slop hospitals are discarding and the Vietnamese beef dish is miniscule. Fakeaway someone described it. Now have to contest the withdrawal made from my account. Only way I found out accidentally about a food delivery, without any notice, and not ordered was from checking my bank account. Dodgy in my opinion. Coles and Woolworths have better and cheaper food options and you can buy Youfoodz there too if you still want to do that. You can also order groceries delivery from Coles or Woolworths at same time. Definitely NOT worth it in my opinion.

Thought I'd try this meal as it was marked down. Have just heated it up and mixed it, and there is only ONE small bite of chicken in the entire meal! Its just rice and sauce. Even for $5.50 that's a rip off, would have hated to paid $11 for that!! The taste itself is not bad.

I purchased the beef stroganoff my first purchase of youfoodz and it taste nothing like beef stroganoff, not en 1% close. It’s extremely spicy with pasta that’s tough.

I signed up wtih youfoodz and cancelled subscription 3 months ago approximately, and youfoodz keep sending SMS to my mobile, I keep blocking and deleting conversation but the SMS keep coming. The SMS has a phone number to call to unsubscribe and it doesn't work. I am requesting Youfoodz unsubscribe and stop harassing me with SMS, I don't give permission for Youfoodz to hold my mobile number.

Dont buy from them. They messed up my first order. It didn't arrive and after I spoke to Karen they told me it was delivered and proof of delivery link they sent me wasn't for me. They didn't refund me, just put a credit towards my account. I had to get in touch again and say I want refund not credit because I don't want to order from them again. They said again. they would refund me but they haven't. Even after they replied to my review i left online they still have not helped me. I'll be contacting my bank and reporting them to ACCC and sharing my experience everywhere I can to warn people. I shouldn't have to beg for my money back when they gave me nothing for it.

Further to my previous review, where YouFoodz fraudulently used my Visa card details after I had cancelled my subscription deleting the recorded phone call where I did so, and continued withdrawing money from my account, I've learned our ACCC is investigating the company because of the numerous complaints from consumers who have been defrauded… Read more

Despite this, the box was still delivered.

I’ve now had to chase them again for collection and a refund, with no clear resolution. What should have been a straightforward cancellation has turned into a drawn-out issue requiring escalation to my bank and Fair Trading.

Poor customer service and unacceptable handling of a basic request.

calls, further email deals, and heavy marketing pushes which I all ignored and/or declined.

Then came 29/5/26, I received a text message informing of an impending meal delivery. I was considered as spam similar to the other countless advertising sms's I had received from Youfoodz.

Then on 30/5/26, a meal box was delivered, which I had NEVER SUBSCRIBED OR ORDERED. Upon checking my bank statement, Youfoodz CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORITY on 31/5/26.

I immediately contacted their customer service agent on messaging (unhelpful) and on their phone number advertised on their website. Customer service agent ("S" or "Y" - offered my two different names) answered and I explained the situation. I requested a refund, cancellation of my subscription/account, and sought instruction for return of the meal box I had not ordered.

After much discussion, allegedly involving their supervisor: 1. Youfoodz will not refund full amount, only 50%. 2. Youfoodz will not delete customer details, records or credit card details. 3. Youfoodz will not arrange pick of the random meal box they delivered to my address without authority/order.

I raised that by above intention Youfoodz is breaching several Australian Consumer Law, which they were happy to admit, but not remediate. I also requested an email (in writing) of their intention to NOT REFUND the UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION, which they did not do. Instead an email arrived confirming another random matter offering partial refund & future credit voucher

Customer support is a waste of time so don't bother calling for issues. It was akin to an American accented Southeast Asian robot on a repeat audio loop of "I understand, but this is the best we can offer".

So, 1. ACCC complain lodged 2. Bank/Credit card company - fraudulent charge transaction claim lodged. 3. Online reviewsszz commenced
