From our initial meeting with Simon we knew that building our forever house would finally come to fruition after a very scary and heart breaking start with another builder. Simon and Brad are honest, genuine and take pride in their work and when dealing with your family’s future that is exactly what you need. They have supported us through every step and even though our house build threw up challenges which was out of their control they made sure everything stayed on track. Simon and Brad promised my kids that they would get them in their own house by Christmas because they had been waiting so long and they kept their word without compromising on any quality. On handover my son said “it feels better than Christmas”, powerful words from a 9 year old! We are truely forever grateful to Brad, Simon and the entire Stroud Ballarat team.

Building a home can be challenging at any time, however building during the COVID lockdown would have presented challenges. Simon has mentioned that you were unable to see your home from the time the frames had been completed until after your home had been painted, I am sure that would have been difficult at times! I’m glad that you felt supported and still had a positive experience throughout the build.
