I had a Temu order delivered by Imile. I have video evidence of the driver taking photos of it at my door and then leaving with my package. Temu won’t refund as he has uploaded the photos he took of it being delivered. I’ve tried to contact IMile via phone and online messaging. They’re impossible to communicate with. The driver should be sacked. He is stealing! I’ve opted to use Aus post for future deliveries. I’m disgusted by what I witnessed.
