 AI reviews summary

Pros
Delivery speed: Some parcels arrive within a week of purchase or immediately after clearing customs.
Photographic evidence: Successful deliveries often include multiple clear photos tracing the path to the door or showing the house number.
Weekend operations: Deliveries are occasionally completed on Sundays and public holidays.
Cons
Delivery security: Parcels are frequently thrown over fences, left in plain view of the street, or dumped at incorrect addresses, leading to loss and damage.
Tracking accuracy: Status updates often show fraudulent delivery attempts, fake reasons for failure such as road closures, or claims that business addresses were closed during operating hours.
Customer support: Communication is primarily limited to unhelpful automated chatbots and generic email templates that fail to resolve specific delivery issues.
Service reliability: Packages often remain at local depots for weeks or are returned to the sender without a genuine attempt to reach the recipient.
Verdict

The service is characterised by inconsistent delivery standards and poor security for left parcels. While some shipments arrive quickly with helpful photographic proof, there is a recurring pattern of drivers failing to follow instructions, providing inaccurate tracking updates, and making support difficult to access. The frequency of misdelivered or damaged goods makes this a high-uncertainty option for time-sensitive or valuable items.

I’m still yet to receive my parcel! So far it’s taken longer in Australia, and has been sitting at ‘Yeppoon Station’, less than an hour away from my address than it took to be ordered, packed and delivered from another country!!! Absolutely terrible service! Whilst Australia Post and Aramex can be sluggish this is just beyond annoying. My… Read more

If you need "express delivery" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The company CLAIMS to be "DELIVERING BETTER", but instead, they are the worst of the worst. Example, one of MANY like it: Goods ordered from AliExpress took only 6 days to travel 8000 kilometres from China to Australia. SO FAR, it has taken iMILE ALREADY 7 days to travel 160 kilometres to… Read more

my place and HAVE AS YET TO ARRIVE! (For instance, last Friday emails were received stating 1-2 working days for delivery; fast forward to following Tuesday and emails were received stating... 1-2 working days for delivery! I will count myself lucky if I receive the goods TWO WHOLE WEEKS after they arrived in the country!) Previously goods were delivered to me via CALEDONIAN TRANSPORT, who were ALWAYS delivering within days of goods arriving in the country. NEVER a problem with CALEDONIAN, but ALWAYS A PROBLEM WIT iMILE! iMILE is giving AliExpress A BAD NAME. I buy a lot from Ali, but that may well change if this LOGISTICS DEBACLE doesn't get sorted soon.

The driver arrived with two of my parcels. He literally threw the first one over my fence, then marked the second parcel as “delivered” while it was STILL in his possession and walked away with it. parcel from him. If I hadn't noticed and gone after him, I would have lost my package despite iMile's system claiming it had already been “delivered.”

On top of that, the driver couldn't speak a single word of English only chinesse, making it practically impossible to communicate with him or get any explanation for what he was doing, it literally took me 5 minutes to get my parcel back.

This is beyond incompetent. Marking a customer's parcel as delivered and then walking away with it is completely unacceptable. I've attached 3 videos and screenshots of the times, just put the volume up.

1- At 8:39 driver approach my gate and throw first parcel 2- At 8:40 receive message "delivered" 3- At 8:41 he walk away holding my parcel and I go after him 4-At 8:46 I finally got my parcel.

Three times in a row, my packages have been left out on the street even though I have contacted imile several times to complain. I have left a note stuck to my gate asking the driver to press the doorbell/camera so I can open the gate remotely so he can leave the package inside. He did not. One driver just pressed it as he was walking away. He… Read more

didn't even attempt to just put it through the bars of the gate, before aliexpress used Australia post, I never had one issue they would press the door bell and wait for me to answer, open the gate, and they just placed the packages inside, easy

I would give -0 stars if possible, the delivery guy yapping on his phone has thrown my parcel over 4 metres in the air at my rubbish bin, breaking goods inside the package, I have tried contacting iMile and all I get is a Bot responding and not even viewing the video I sent them, very poor service. Show details

Re: a package from SHEIN. Delivery driver maintains my address either doesn’t exist or is an empty paddock whilst standing 2 metres from a one metre high mail box showing the number of my property In 20 centimetre high bold numbers. He has done… Read more

this 3 times now…..sigh…..weep. The driver cannot tell the difference between a gate into a paddock and a gate 2 metres away with a mail box and a driveway and a house. In desperation this morning I have made 2 large signs. One large sign I have attached to the paddock gate which consists of a large arrow and instructions to move to the gate 2 metres to the right. The second large sign is attached to the gate of my property and tells the delivery driver that this is the place where delivery takes place and to check out the mail box to his right. At the time of posting this review I am not hopeful of receiving my parcel despite numerous emails to imile customer support, forwarding numerous photographs of the property sent, copies of both Google maps and Apple Maps showing my property and now these two large signs. On one occasions, I saw the driver sitting in his car outside my fence and ran and was waving furiously and shouting just a metre from the side of his car and he ignored me. Words fail me over the sheer lack of commonsense and awareness of this delivery driver but, after reading numerous reviews for imile I strongly suspect that stupidity is endemic within this business. Watch this space for an update to this sad story.

Follow-up  · following up - eventually my goods were delivered. The courier driver from iMile simply could not understand why his colleague could not locate my address and my property. So it seems that the issue was with the lack of cognitive ability by the original courier driver, not the actual company.

I just had a parcel delivered by iMile for the first time. It was a damp day and I'm very impressed that the delivery person took the time to find a covered verandah behind the house and left the parcel there safely. They provided 4 photos tracing the path. This is in sharp contrast to most other couriers who just dump packages over my fence because the house is too far from the gate. I should add that the parcel arrived fairly quickly Show details

I've actually found iMile pretty good... Auspost never delivers things, they just leave a note and force me to pick it up. iMile often delivers late in the evening but I always get the package at least. I hope their delivery people are paid well for the late work. Show details

This delivery company is honestly the worst! Ever time they have been contracted to deliver a parcel to me it has been left very late at night usually thrown over the front fence and into the garden bed. The external wrapping was slashed and the actual product box was crushed. There is absolutely no care given to your delivery. I can't wait until they go out of business.

I wish I could rate it -100. This is not a courier company's waste water. Total failure 100% of the time. Some non uniformed unpleasant Chinese person just turned up on my porch, 8pm at night. No knock, no bell. She literally threw it at my front door and walked off. Recorded on CCTV. Contacted imile, they don't care. Show details

Extremely disappointing experience with iMile. I've now had two unsuccessful delivery attempts, both with reasons that make absolutely no sense. The second was marked as "No Safe Place" at 2:30pm, despite our business being open and having a designated… Read more

parcel box specifically for deliveries.

Neither attempt included any photographic evidence to support the reasons provided.

Both attempts were supposedly made during normal business hours, when staff were present and available to accept deliveries.

It makes me seriously question whether either delivery was genuinely attempted. Providing incorrect delivery reasons without any supporting evidence is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

Very disappointing and unreliable delivery service.

This company deserves to be shut down. They lied that they attempted to deliver then sent my order back. Atrocious service. my parcel couldn't be delivered because I wasn't at home. I checked my dog camera the first 2 "attempts" nobody rang. I am furious because my order was time sensitive.

Incompetent beyond words. Not a single package that has been shipped to me via iMile has ever arrived. The excuse is always "Mismatch between address and administrative district". member of staff to manage deliveries). We never have a problem with any other courier. But 100% of the time, iMile just refuse to deliver. They don't even make any attempt to contact us and instead just return the package to the sender. When we contact iMile we never get a response. Their online chat doesn't ever work either (error message: "We appreciate you reaching out to us, the current time is not in the customer service time").

I always tell sellers to avoid using iMile, but it seems they must be really cheap. I guess it is easy to offer low prices when you don't actually deliver! I really hope that I never have to deal with iMile ever again.

I purchase a lot online from AliExpress and have been doing so for several years, but recently I mile AUS couriers see fit to basically dump my package/s about 150 metres away from my address next to an entry gate to our area where dozens of pedestrians and cars pass daily.
