Missing box solved swiftly – Our order of our Springfree tramp was delivered but only 2 of the 3 parcels arrived. I contacted Springfree and it was so easy to speak with the team and the had the hiccup solved within 15 minutes, from then correspondence was through email and the last parcel arrived 1 day later. Incredible service team that’s for sure.
