Great Customer Service (after Sales) – I have to purchase a new safety net and plastic rods covers for my spring free trampoline and all I had to do is to go to their warehouse, tell them our problems and their professional engineer came out and show us what we had to do, gave us the parts and way we go... very helpful and professional after sales. Now a days most after sales service don't give a damp about their product once you purchased them however springfree are fantastic.
