Dream home made by dream team – We recently built our dream family home with Stroud Ballarat and couldn’t be happier with the final result. It was a couple of years in the making from the start of the design process to the completion of our beautiful home but the Stroud team never made us feel like anything was a hassle or too hard to achieve. We felt like they genuinely wanted to make all our dreams come true. The total build time took longer than expected, extending beyond our contracted completion date however the builders still kept in touch and kept us up to date with progress and what we could look forward to at each stage. We especially loved Brad’s walk through updates and photos. The workmanship and build quality was great. It was also nice to hear that all trades that worked for the Stroud team spoke so highly of them, according to our man on the inside. Due to being on site frequently, we did encounter one issue with a tradie potentially smoking inside our home which was brought up with the team and promptly addressed. We never had any further issues which was amazing! Our estimated cost was the same as our final cost, in fact they took off the cost of a mailbox because we ended up purchasing our own. If you’re looking for a high quality built home and builders who listen, take pride and use locals, Stroud are worth the money!
