Wonderful new home – Build ran smoothly with great communication throughout the process. Working on a sloping site Stroud worked through options and changes with us as these arose. Good quality build through-out. Some of the trades were lower standard than expected (paint in particular) which can be rectified. Most issues were managed during the build, and a short list of post-construction issues need to be addressed, as with all builds. John and Tammy were always available for discussions, John S kept things rolling with the variations as they arose, and Brett on-site was great with answering questions, making suggested improvements and keeping everything on track. Would not hesitate to recommend Stroud Wagga to anyone looking to build their home.
