I’ve been using Xero for multiple companies for past 4 years, and overall I really enjoy working with this platform. It’s intuitive, easy to understand, and makes day-to-day accounting tasks much faster, from invoicing to bills, reconciliations, and reporting. I also appreciate that Xero regularly introduces upgrades and improvements, although it sometimes takes a bit of time to get used to the new features. However, in the past few months I’ve experienced several technical issues including system outages and moments when I couldn’t access any bills or even log in to any of my companies. These disruptions were stressful, especially when working under tight deadlines. It seems I’m not the only one, as many users have reported similar performance problems or slow loading after updates. Another downside is the lack of a live support team. Xero only offers ticket-based support, which can be helpful but is often slow and not ideal when something urgent goes wrong. Other accounting platforms offer immediate live assistance, and having that option here would make a big difference. Overall, I still really like Xero it’s powerful, user-friendly, and great for managing multiple businesses but I hope the technical reliability and support responsiveness will continue to improve.
