Professional and Good Customer Service – I ordered a sandwich press for a birthday present, however, it was on backorder and I was informed immediately. I then decided to cancel the order and order a different product in a kettle/toaster pack. As it was for a present, the staff managed to process the order quickly and I received the product within a week. I was very impressed with the people I dealt with as they notified me of a problem immediately and helped me still obtain a product and get it to me on time. Highly recommend!!!
