Absolutely great experience! The staffs, ESPECIALLY JASON, were knowledgeable, honest, and explained everything and will really listen to your concerns. You can really feel that THEY CARE! I’ve been to other Repair Shop before and all I could get were just promises.
I left a short message in the box when I returned my phone saying: “Please don’t delete my photos and videos as my Mom’s last photos and videos are there, she recently passed away so please let me know before deleting anything.”
My iphone mini was fixed quickly, with precaution to preserve my data and they fixed it under my warranty so I did not pay anything!
I was so touch with JASON’s reply to my message when I asked him to send me his full name and address so I can send him a gift or something like food just to show him my appreciation and how happy I was when he told me that my phone is now fixed.

I almost cried when I read it. He has a very good heart and I really admire him and his professionalism, I think he deserves a PROMOTION or PAY INCREASE! Hehehe
Also, they will shoulder the shipping fee and seriously, it is a 100% hassle-free transaction! They clearly care about doing the job right rather than upselling. They gave me clear instructions on what to do next and kept me updated of what’s going on with my iphone and when can they send it back to me.
When I received my iphone mini back, they even gave me a FREE iphone case, a pin and charger! And that really impressed me a lot!
