Disappointing customer service and inflexible returns policy. Bought a 4 year old phone (unaware of age when purchased). fault and I obviously didn’t handle with care. Then telling me they can give me a new phone for the lower price of $479. I already paid $500 for a phone I wasn’t able to use for more than a day. They have taken the stance that this is not on them.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

My MacBook that I purchased was in like new condition, with the exact specs I ordered which I'm happy about. the only downside is how long it took for my order to be shipped. took 4 business days to be shipped or a total of 6 days (including the weekend). support wasn't too much help as they kept saying the same thing every time I emailed them. delete my photos and videos as my Mom’s last photos and videos are there, she recently passed away so please let me know before deleting anything.”
My iphone mini was fixed quickly, with precaution to preserve my data and they fixed it under my warranty so I did not pay anything!
I was so touch with JASON’s reply to my message when I asked him to send me his full name and address so I can send him a gift or something like food just to show him my appreciation and how happy I was when he told me that my phone is now fixed.

I almost cried when I read it. He has a very good heart and I really admire him and his professionalism, I think he deserves a PROMOTION or PAY INCREASE! Hehehe
Also, they will shoulder the shipping fee and seriously, it is a 100% hassle-free transaction! They clearly care about doing the job right rather than upselling. They gave me clear instructions on what to do next and kept me updated of what’s going on with my iphone and when can they send it back to me.
When I received my iphone mini back, they even gave me a FREE iphone case, a pin and charger! And that really impressed me a lot!
Their online customer service is also worth to leave a good review!
