delete my photos and videos as my Mom’s last photos and videos are there, she recently passed away so please let me know before deleting anything.”

My iphone mini was fixed quickly, with precaution to preserve my data and they fixed it under my warranty so I did not pay anything!

I was so touch with JASON’s reply to my message when I asked him to send me his full name and address so I can send him a gift or something like food just to show him my appreciation and how happy I was when he told me that my phone is now fixed.

whole process has taken almost 3 weeks to replace it, and despite being promised to be sent back with Express post, it doesn't seem like it is. Customer service was very responsive and answered questions in detail which I appreciated alot. Overall I am a little bit disappointed with this whole experience, even though the product quality was decent.

They told me when my phone the day it should’ve arrived that they actually sold out of the colour I selected. They offered a different colour which is cheaper and to add in a free screen protector. I thought that was quite bad customer service saying you have stock and then not. My phone colour I wanted ended up coming 5 days later which was quite annoying. They still didn’t give me a free screen protector for all the hassle they put me through
