Very Disappointing! – Bought a Nikon camera from their website, the item arrive after about 2 weeks. However, the item that arrived is not exactly what I ordered. I ordered an Orange colour Nikon camera, however, they sent me a Blue Nikon camera. I have order confirmation email from their website, saying Orange Nikon camera. Therefore, I rang the call centre, asked their why they sent me a wrong colour camera. They said it must be a system glitch. They told me the only way to fix the issue, is either send the item back and get a refund or send the item back and wait another 4 weeks for the correct one to arrive. I can't really accept both of the resolutions, as I need to use the camera very very soon on a overseas holiday.
