THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR PICK UP! After TWO DAYS OF WAITING and emailing I ended up cancelling! USE A DIFFERENT COURIER! – Twice now I have had bad experiences with Smartsend. I had a pick up booked, waited home all day, did not show up. No phone number to contact them so I had to email, and they said I had to wait until the next day for pick up. Second day, promised morning pick up, did not show up again! Another time my parcel was "lost" in one of their warehouses for a week and no-one could find it, it ended up taking two weeks to deliver from Sydney to Newcastle. They are cheap but not worth the headache, I will never use them again, and recommend Pack & Send for peace of mind.
