Never Again – I should of did some research before handing my money over to this site, it took over two months of contacting them to finally get my baby monitor. Had no luck getting a refund out of them when I rang I always got someone who struggled to understand me. The products they have listed they do not actually have in stock themselves so if the manufacturer is out of stock guess what you will get the run around. I didn't realise that you must lodge a dispute with pay within 45 days if you want there help obtaining a refund.
