This company is fraudulent - do not buy from them – Made a purchase from this company beginning of June. The payment was transacted straight away however never received a receipt or advice on when my order would be dispatched. Very disappointing – This company would have to be the worst online shopping company I have used. (And I do ALOT of online shopping.) I havnt received the item (Baby play centre) and am in the process of trying to get a refund through PayPal. After numerous emails to the company- and with no product or money back, it's fair to say I'm very disappointed. It's been going on for over a month. Please be aware of this if deciding to purchase from them.

Superb doona cover set – I can't fault the buying process, product or service. I was told when to expect my parcel and it arrived accordingly. The quality of the quilt cover set is amazing, and the design is gorgeous - exactly as shown in the photos online. I am very happy with the whole transaction, and would definitely buy from this company again. Happy New Year!

Beware of these scammers! – Made purchase online 3 weeks ago for child's toy product. Took my money Within 2 days but have not responded to my emails (at least 5) as to when product will be delivered. Have contacted my bank for them to follow up my credit card purchase. Will contact consumer affairs now too as I have no idea if I have been scammed or if goods will eventually arrive as phone number given has been "cut off"!!!!!

Consumer Affairs Victoria. I encourage everyone to do the same. The appalling reviews on this company & their complete lack of customer service go back at least to 2012 - they have been doing this to people for 5 years and the company needs to be shut down. They are taking advantage of people and wasting everyone's time. DO NOT give this company your money.

Be Warned – So I ordered a throw rug with this company with out doing my usual review investigation.. The website mislead me into believing that the goods were in stock, so I ordered it, after a week of not hearing anything I email IZZZ and asked how the order was processing, I got an email saying it should be shipped by the end of the week. 2 weeks passed… Read more

........nothing so I emailed again this time no reply, so I went to the address on the email, and spoke to a staff member who told me someone would ring me ........ 10 minutes Max rings me tells me it had to be ordered from WA could take another 10 days........ that would have been nice to know to start with so I cancelled the order , eventually I got a response but only after I went via Pay Pal ........yep 2 to 3 days you will get your money . 5 business days later and absolutely no reply from IZZZ still no money which it now seems I have to escalate this to Pay Pal for their investigation.

So if you want this type of service and frustration then go right ahead and order from IZZZ

And it's also notable that all reviews have the same theme.

Now on a brighter note I then ordered the same thing....... which comes from the same supplier in WA, on another website( T&W) received the goods in 1 week

Escalated this problem to Pay Pal this morning and surprise surprise at 4 pm they finally refunded my money. IZZZ you are a disgrace.

Totally a scam! – Please do not order from Izzz online. It is literally a scam. I ordered a baby product and they kept me wait for 3 weeks. They also made fake promises. At the end, they cancelled my order and did not refund a cent!

their games and threatened to contact the consumer ombudsman if my items were not refunded or posted! Well surprise surprise they posted my one out of 3 items and are apparently going to refund the remaining money. This online company is an absolute joke! They take your money and promise cheap good quality products you'll never receive or maybe receive once you threaten them with legal action. The customer service is so poor!! I ordered from the US 3 days prior to ordering from this Australian company and received my item 2 weeks later. If they were shipping from China I could understand the delay but I would have been better off driving from QLD to pick this up myself!!!

Terrible online retailer – Don't buy from these guys. Your product will never arrive, customer service are full of empty promises and excuses on why your product is late and "will be arriving next week" and it will take you over a week to get your money back from these suckers. In total, you will have wasted 5-6 weeks chasing these guys.....totally not worth it.

Do not buy from this company – I purchased bed linen from their website in mid February, it had not arrived by May. I have just claimed a refund through PayPal and won my dispute. I found the exact same linen from another company and it arrived 3 days later. Avoid doing any business with this company whatsoever.

reply to emails took days. 19emails back and forth 80%me asking where my order was. Days to reply. They took my money quick enough. Don't waste your time or money dealing with this business. request a call back!? The lady that I spoke to had reassured me that the bag would have been dispatched within 3-4 working days. It was not until 2 weeks later when I had not received my goods that I emailed expressing my dissatisfaction and that I would be placing a Paypal dispute. Once Paypal dispute was placed I then received the goods that I had paid for! The only reason why I have given 2 stars is because the Nappy Bag is a nice product. Communication was poor and would only receive 1 star.

Christmas ruined – Truly disappointed that until I contacted izzz a couple of weeks after placing my order to find out where it was I was told they had run out of stock, it was only then that they dispatched the rest of my order and refund landed in my account 10 days later. Ordered 5 weeks ago and still haven't received products – Ordered a quilt and quit cover online 5 weeks ago and am still waiting to receive it. Clearly there are problems with the process of dispatch from the warehouse and with the courier company being used. Very disappointed. I have nothing to show for my money. Great Customer Service – I ordered my nappy bin and then did a search of the seller on Google. I was a little worried as there was a fair few negative reviews about Izzz online which was disheartening especially as my parcel was taking longer than I'm used to for delivery. I contacted the seller and was replied to very quickly and was kept up to date with the shipping and delivery status of my item. Will definitely use this seller again. thanks

Buyers beware! Unprofessional e-store – Disappointing shopping experience with IZZZ - I bought 2 items which were only delivered after two weeks and the parcel packaging was completely inadequate causing severe damages to the original packaging of both items. Shipping at $10 was expensive. I feel embarrassed to be giving the goods as presents. I will not shop with IZZZ again nor recommend it to others.
