Hi There, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand that installation can be difficult but being that you live outside of our installation area we don't have a team member to assist you. We would recommend having a look on gumtree or airtasker for people in your local area that may be able to assist with installation. Otherwise, we do have step by step instructions on BILT which is available through iphone & android to assist with your installation. Regards The Springfree Trampoline Team
