Why oh why does anyone use this company? – I ordered a package from the UK on 3 march, it is the 20 April today and it still has not been delivered, despite being told that made an attempt to deliver it to my address, which was simply untrue - no card was left and I was home all day. They then told me that it would be delivered to a 7/11 Parcel locker and I would receive a 7 digit number for same. Five days later, still no number and on following up I was told by customer services that the parcel was on its way back to the sender. Almost 2 months waiting for a parcel from Uk to Aus to be told it was on its way back with no attempt to deliver to me. This company is a complete waste of time and I am beyond furious and really trying not to use expletives in this review. Can’t understand why any company would use them. I can only think they must be cheap - cheap and nasty. There is no point to them. They just lie through their teeth.
