Late – I placed an order for a birthday present on 3rd August. By 20th, I had heard nothing to suggest my order was late. So I called to follow up. The rep was very nice and told me he would call me back. Heard nothing. Called again on 23rd and was told it was dispatched on 22nd August! I let it be known that I had had to buy another present as this one hadn't arrived and was told that I had te option of returning it or refusing delivery. It isn't really the point is it? 7 day delivery this isn't... My advice is look elsewhere!
Poor delivery times, no follow up, reactive rather than proactive service.
