Exceptional customer service experience – I recently purchased a second hand spring free trampoline, I contacted spring free a couple of times for additional parts required and assistance in assembly. All my encounters with their customer service department were exceptional, I work for a company that prides it's self on customer service and I have rarely meet a company that provide that same level of service (even on Christmas Eve!!) I now have a wonderful trampoline and my son and daughter couldn't be happier and I am so impressed by how silent the trampoline is compared to a spring system!! Thank you so much.
