Delivered to completely wrong address despite the correct address being on the shipping label – I recently purchased some household goods through Temple & Webster, who unfortunately used iCumulus for delivery. After taking 2 weeks to be delivered (from date of dispatch), the parcel was delivered to the complete wrong address.

I got a text message from iCumulus to say it had been delivered, along with a photo that showed the parcel had been left on a doorstop. I could tell straight away from the photo that it was not my home.

I had no way of knowing where the parcel was, as all I had was the photo, so I couldn't try to find where it was. There is no way to contact iCumulus to deal with an urgent issue, the only option I had was to fill out a contact form on their website, which I did. I am yet to hear anything from them - no response received at all - for what should have been flagged as a very urgent issue.

Luckily, the person who received my parcel incorrectly was a decent human and brought it to my house (they were able to do so thanks to my correct address being clearly printed on the shipping label). So, thanks to the kindness of a stranger, I have received my parcel.

Still haven't heard from iCumulus though, who have no idea that my issue has been resolved (no thanks to them), and who clearly don't care about the fact that they misplaced an expensive parcel for no reason other than incompetence.
