Would never use them again!! – Delivery time was an absolute joke, took forever to get a response from emailed queries and when product arrived it was damaged and now has to be returned. Zero stars – Slow shipping, 8 days sitting in a warehouse then 8 days in transit from NSW to QLD. Item was meant to be received in 1-5 days, but gave them 14 days before contacting them for an ETA. but they didn't let me know they were coming. They happen to turn up when I was on a call, did not ring the door bell, just left the 87kg furniture item in front of my garage door. As it's only myself, there is no way I could move it and so my car was blocked in. They could have left it at the front door and undercover, but no, they left it where it could be easily stolen or damaged by bad weather.

Paid over $300 for delivery, the most I have ever paid for delivery and yet the worst service I have ever received. I now have to pay someone to move it into my property.

I will not be purchasing items from any company that use iCumulus - learnt that lesson.

Thank you for the smooth delivery – ordered a table and chair set for my son and delivered after a few days. They also sent a gos tracker and it was very helpful for me to track it unlike other services that you have to wait whole day without knowing where the driver would be. Show details

I emailed Icumulus twice asking for an ETA - they replied (stock standard reply) to the first email saying they were investigating it & would get back to me with an update. Waited another week - still no reply so sent another email. Never received a reply until 31 March (I cancelled the order on 30 March) with another stock standard reply saying they were investigating it and would get back to me with an update! Shocking customer service all round. I ended up purchasing a mattress through another company (Temple & Webster) and it got delivered with Allied Express within a few days (I made sure that they didn’t use Icumulus for their deliveries!). Never again will I purchase anything from a company who use Icumulus - lesson learnt the hard way!

Good Delivery – The delivery was on time and I was updated in advance of the date and approximate time of delivery. I was also provided a live tracking link which was very helpful.
