Amazing bed, amazing service – Its always scary to drop $2,000 on a mattress youve never seen in real life. They responded quickly when I asked if the return period was legit. I trusted them. Well, I didnt need to return it. My firm side was softer than Id rather, but its a very different kind of feel. It was a few days adjustment, but nothing bad. After adjusting, I love the mattress. Its perfect. My wife went with medium, but its just a bit too soft for her. Sleeping Duck are sending out a firm insert for her side of the bed for free. They told us to keep the one we have just in case. Just awesome service. The firm insert was all sorted via Facebook Messenger. Super super easy. I cant recommend Sleeping Duck enough.
