Terrible! – Unfortunately my experience of 'My Baby Store' echos the poor reports of others. I would not recommend using this company or any of the other names it goes by (IS associates, IZZZ, my bedding store). The service and communication were TERRIBLE and Delivery extremely slow. I can't understand how a business can operate like this and expect to survive, I will certainly not be a returning customer!

I had to file a Paypal dispute before I received any form of acknowledgement for my order (3+ weeks after placing and paying the order). I finally received an email saying stock was low and that I 'should' receive my order a week later (over a month after ordering). I'm still waiting...
