3.0Poor customer service – I am with iPrimus for more than 2 years and recently upgraded my plan on recommendation of iPrimus sales lady. She clearly told me there wouldn't be any extra charges for the roll over but I was still charged 25$ extra for the roll over/adjustments. 25$ is a small amount but i am disappointed with their customer service and lack of honesty/knowledge.
