Hi James, It was Brisbane West (Jason) who built our house and yes we did use the Voxer app. We found the app really helpful as it was quick and easy and allowed us to have a record of our conversations to refer back to when needed. Sometimes you forget what was discussed so you can go back and look at it to refresh your memory.

Thanks for getting back to me on that Christie. It sounds like Voxer worked as intended. Everyone is so busy these days that catching up by phone can be hard. Voxer makes it very easy to leave a message, and as you've pointed out - creates a record that one can go back and review. Sometimes our new customers don't want to use Voxer because it is a little "out of the box" but we've found that customer satisfaction is much higher when it is part of the program.
