Doubt they can find the airport without help – Two over priced flights scheduled today. First one 40 minutes late leaving. No communication to customers. Boarding involv d passengers on the tarmac and precariously on the stairs, in the weather and exposed to noise, waiting while catering push back and forth up the stairs.

Second flight missed. Re-scheduled flight unsurprisingly has also failed to go on time. Crew didn't bother to show up until 5 minutes past the advertised boarding time.

Complaints get a stock standard, cut and paste reply where they don't even bother to address the issues raised or even use your name.

Qantas you should be ashamed to call yourself an airline, I've had better service in this d world countries.
