Great quality build – As first time builders we were very green to the whole process but the team at Stroud supported us fabulously through each stage. We loved the ability to easily customise our design. Their commitment to using local trades is something we really liked and the quality of the work is stunning. Brad as our site manager gave us weekly update calls and video walk throughs and was there to happily answer any random question that we had and meet us on site if we wanted to have a look at anything. Building during COVID meant there was the extra difficulty of ever changing restrictions and guidelines but Brad didn’t skip a best and moved things around to always ensure the house was progressing in some way which we appreciated. We definitely enjoyed a smooth first build experience thanks to the team at Stroud.
