We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our experience, creating a family like environment. Josh is down to earth and provides an experience that appears to lack elsewhere. Fantastic options were provided by Josh, to assist us in finding the right home that suits our interests and needs. We were provided clear costs of everything we wanted, to prepare us for a smooth build process.
