Fantastic service with a fantastic product – We had our first Springfree trampoline 9 years ago with an active son it was used daily . We contacted Springfree re the mat and they offered a replacement trampoline at a very reduced rate . With a teenager now who had a new found interest in the trampoline we decided to get a new trampoline not only did they mage the entire process smooth they took away the old one and built us a new one all for the quoted price ! We were very impressed by the customer service and follow up . We know that our grandkids will continue to use it years later
