pick up never showed up – I booked a pick up the driver never showed up. Unsatisfied ridiculous service customer service hung up the phone on me . I will not use this service anymore. Thanks Unprofessionalism and unsatisfactory customer service not acceptable . I had to pay to send back the parcel and I asked for a refund. Let's wait and see.
