Seems like a good buy so far – The website is slightly confusing and not that easy to find. Shipping was very fast. Product was in satisfactory condition, although not "as new" (2 slight scratches on the screen). Doesn't come with a charger, which is not ideal. I didn't receive an order form when I ordered the item and was told that it could not be sent to me retrospectively, which seems a bit odd, and means that I don't have an invoice. The litmus test usually is when something goes wrong with regard to how the company deals with this. Thankfully, apart from the order form, this hasn't happened so far.
