Recently purchased an s4 ultra like new condition. While it had a tiny dent in the back, it looked fairly new. Battery wise its such a let down. Ive found after an hour use, I have to charge it and that's only using Facebook. I haven't even installed any games on it. I also find even after not using it, it continuously drains the battery. bought from Backmarket and OzMobiles prior and on top of both phones arriving faulty the despatch was slow and return difficult, don’t waste your time with others and buy from Mobile Federation.
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a phone from Mobile Federation advertised as being in “excellent condition.” What arrived was anything but excellent — the phone was completely ruined and clearly nowhere near the condition advertised. contact them, emails are simply ignored, and there appears to be absolutely no interest in resolving the problem.
At this point, I feel completely scammed. You pay for a phone in excellent condition and receive something that is effectively misrepresented, then you can't even get hold of anyone to discuss it.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. A company selling refurbished/second-hand phones should have basic quality control and, more importantly, should actually take responsibility when something goes wrong.
My very strong advice: STAY AWAY FROM MOBILE FEDERATION. I would not trust them with my money again and would strongly recommend anyone considering buying from them to look elsewhere.
Extremely unhappy customer. Avoid at all costs.

isolated incident—their warehouse clearly lacks any quality control. I only took a partial refund and kept the wrong device because I’m totally exhausted from dealing with their endless errors. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else. Never again.
Paid for an S24 Ultra 512GB in 'As New' condition. The phone came with chipped edges, a deep dented line in the screen, damaged back with dotted flecks throughout the body, scratches above and below the phone. it. These guys do not respond to emails, phone number listed on Paypal doesn't answer, no response to submissions on their webform. Do not fall for the guarantees they list - they do not respond. You are not going to get what you paid for, and they are not going to try and fix their mistake as it appears to be intentional - people pay, then these guys ignore until they go away. Thankfully I paid VIA Paypal and I am disputing the charge. Initially if they had responded, I wanted them to replace the device - but I realise they would send another damaged device and cause further distress.

I bought an "as new" Apple iPhone 15 Pro for a family member's special birthday. Whilst I did expect the battery to perhaps be slightly higher than it is, 87%, the phone is in pristine condition and the recipient was very happy with it. so you are expected to take a $$$$ gamble. By the time their slow team responded to my inquiry to find out the model number, the listed phone was no longer available. I IMMEDIATELY asked about another 3 phones (not wanting to get caught out again), but it's now been several more hours and still no response. I wanted to order before 10AM to get the phone asap. It's now 3 days since my original inquiry, and I'm STILL WAITING. NO phone number to call. NO live chat. NO contact over the weekend. This company is living in the 1980s. Pathetic!

Ordered a refurb iPhone mini as the price seemed okay, but was sent regular full-size model. I contacted them, and asked them if they had the correct model in stock. I was disappointed with the phone, because I paid for "As new" and the phone had a terrible screen, scratches on a couple corners and on the power button. I requested that if I decide to receive a replacement, I would need to see photos of the item before it would be sent to me as an assurance that the phone would be in excellent condition as described.
