I bought an "as new" Apple iPhone 15 Pro for a family member's special birthday. Whilst I did expect the battery to perhaps be slightly higher than it is, 87%, the phone is in pristine condition and the recipient was very happy with it. so you are expected to take a $$$$ gamble. By the time their slow team responded to my inquiry to find out the model number, the listed phone was no longer available. I IMMEDIATELY asked about another 3 phones (not wanting to get caught out again), but it's now been several more hours and still no response. I wanted to order before 10AM to get the phone asap. It's now 3 days since my original inquiry, and I'm STILL WAITING. NO phone number to call. NO live chat. NO contact over the weekend. This company is living in the 1980s. Pathetic!

Ordered a refurb iPhone mini as the price seemed okay, but was sent regular full-size model. I contacted them, and asked them if they had the correct model in stock. They ignored my question and offered to give me $30 to accept it. Returned it. Bait and switch - they don't carry what they claim online.

Phone was not in excellent condition as described. Visible marked “gauging on three of the Four corners of the backing metal on the iPhone. I have also just had to replace the Mother board, battery and port. I do not know if any of these expensive repairs are under warranty, as it is not clear . My go to vendor for used phones. I have bought 4 or 5 phones from their ebay store and their website over the years for various family remembers and all the devices were as described and priced fairly. Looked online for a refurbished phone and found Mobile federations site,I looked at reviews & purchased an apple 13 max pro it arrived 3 days later as a ‘new phone’. Would recommend them to anyone not wanting to pay full price for a brand new phone and have options to give them the flexibility that they want in buying a replacement phone.

I was disappointed with the phone, because I paid for "As new" and the phone had a terrible screen, scratches on a couple corners and on the power button. I ordered an excellent condition iPhone. Was given a banged up scratched to the metal phone instead. I requested that if I decide to receive a replacement, I would need to see photos of the item before it would be sent to me as an assurance that the phone would be in excellent condition as described. They refused. So I decided to get a full refund due to their difficult customer service. Show details

Samsung S23 ordered ,delivery so fast -4 days, unit in as new condition, battery great, like the 1 yr warranty. My Dad bought a S20 4 years ago from Mobile Federation -so I had no second thoughts in buying from MF. Show details

Bought my son first phone. "AS NEW" arrived with scratches on sides. Within three days of using phone the phone just cuts out and turns off every time it is on for more than a few seconds. Two year warranty ....right! Still waiting for a response. Kogan needs to ditch them from their product supplier list. Show details

I purchased a refurbished Iphone 13 and paid extra for premium condition. On the site it states that premium items will look like new and no visible scratches from 12 inches. Th item arrived with scratches around the case and the camera and has clearly been dropped with a dent in the bottom.
