Mobile Federation

Ordered a refurb iPhone mini as the price seemed okay, but was sent regular full-size model. I contacted them, and asked them if they had the correct model in stock. They ignored my question and offered to give me $30 to accept it. Returned it. Bait and switch - they don't carry what they claim online.

This is the second refurbished iPhone we have purchased from Mobile Federation, and once again we have been very happy with the service. The iPhone 14 Pro arrived in excellent condition, the battery health was very good, and everything worked perfectly straight away. Delivery was also surprisingly quick to our regional area. I have bought 4 or 5 phones from their ebay store and their website over the years for various family remembers and all the devices were as described and priced fairly. I would recommend MobileFederation to anyone who needs a high end phone but doesn't want to pay the premium for a brand new device. Show details

Looked online for a refurbished phone and found Mobile federations site,I looked at reviews & purchased an apple 13 max pro it arrived 3 days later as a ‘new phone’. Phone was not in excellent condition as described. Visible marked “gauging on three of the Four corners of the backing metal on the iPhone. I have also just had to replace the Mother board, battery and port. I do not know if any of these expensive repairs are under warranty, as it is not clear . I ordered an excellent condition iPhone. Was given a banged up scratched to the metal phone instead. I requested that if I decide to receive a replacement, I would need to see photos of the item before it would be sent to me as an assurance that the phone would be in excellent condition as described. They refused. So I decided to get a full refund due to their difficult customer service. Show details

Bought my son first phone. "AS NEW" arrived with scratches on sides. Within three days of using phone the phone just cuts out and turns off every time it is on for more than a few seconds. Two year warranty ....right! Still waiting for a response. Kogan needs to ditch them from their product supplier list. Show details

Would recommend them to anyone not wanting to pay full price for a brand new phone and have options to give them the flexibility that they want in buying a replacement phone.

I purchased a refurbished Iphone 13 and paid extra for premium condition. On the site it states that premium items will look like new and no visible scratches from 12 inches. Th item arrived with scratches around the case and the camera and has clearly been dropped with a dent in the bottom. After 2 years I contacted them in regard to the phone apparently was an overseas phone that now will not work on Aus 4g. item sold me, it was only just out of warranty! I would hestitate dealing with this company again, due to it’s poor customer service when there is a problem. Other similar poor reviews often reflect this also.

DON’T DO IT!! I don’t recommend this business.! (Unless they change their warranty to include batteries) I bought through Mobile federation because of the 24 month warranty. also my so called 24 month warranty will be null-in-void if I get the battery replaced due to tampering. Yet it has to be tampered with to change the battery.

In order to keep my warranty I was informed by [Name Removed] to change my battery after my warranty expired.! That’s another 15 months. I would need to charge my phone 3-5 times a day to even use the basic function.

I will not be recommending or buying from them again and doing my research next time on this warranty business anyone advertises.

Premium phone arrives damaged – I ordered a premium pixel 7 pro and it arrived with a scratch across the selfie camera. "Premium" Refurbished Pixel 8 Pro Not As good As Claimed/"New" Cable Less Functional/Working Well – Purchased Premium Version (The Top Quality) Model Pixel 8 Pro. the genuine accessories (aka USBC to USBC with USB adapter). The top of line quality model was supposed to have "no signs of any wear" based on vendors claimed condition. The screen was perfect (unscratched) but the bezel had scratches as does the trim around the camera lens at back and there was slight scratch on back. Haven't tested yet so my rating may change. Thinking about returning it under their 30 day free return. (Update. I have been using for two months+ and it is working fine.) ....Update on July.2025 .... Still working perfectly.
