Great service with a smile – We had a lot of questions that Josh answered quickly putting our mind at ease. We were made to feel totally comfortable with the process and felt supported by Josh with each step of the process. His support didn’t stop when we were handed over to Karren to sign the building contracts. We regularly heard from both Josh and Karren checking in with how we were going and answering any questions, no matter how big or small or the time of the day. All costs that could be foreseen were included in our contract before we signed so that there would be no hidden or sudden costs, reassuring us that our build would go smoothly.
