Just do the job, deliver my parcel! – I received a message from Aramex last week to say couldn't deliver the parcel and ask me to click a link to schedule to pick up my order from their warehouse in Port Melbourne. But why? I was at home whole day and concierge works business hours. No one rings the door bell, no phone call. As a courier company, can you just do your job?
I tried to talk to robot in the link which was so annoying. No any phone number you can call and the only way to communicate with them is talking to robot. I chose online Chat but still no live person. Finally clicked re delivery which not working. I had to click to pick up from their warehouse and then work! The picking up took too long and not organised at all. The package was not in good condition.
I ordered products online. I had no choice which courier company I use. I understand the companies do online business are trying to reduce the costs but this will ruin their businesses. If customer had bad experience who is going to order from same company?
