I would give a 0 star if I could. Absolutely HOPELESS!! How does a parcel from Melbourne to Adelaide have an estimated delivery time of 9 days??? Australia Post deliver in 3-4!!!! Disgusting. Why do companies settle for a cheaper service provider? No doubt it affects them....I won't be using companies that use Aramex from this point on. Oh and, tracking updates are absolutely USELESS (WHY BOTHER)? NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Show details

Order a Jacket on the 3rd May 2026 from Queensland finally got to Perth Depot on the 11th May 2026 delivery shown online as 18 May 2026 still no sign of item. Called Aramex Perth clearly an overseas call centre absolutely hopeless. Do not use this courier service. SERVICE is not their thing. Show details

Once again Aramex has been used by a company I purchased from who also throw or drop packages at your door without any regard of its contents. Terrible, primarily because there is no way to get through and they don't follow through at all – **Just go to their depot, it's the only way to get your parcel** Like many others I have been floored by how inept Amarex has been with a recent parcel delivery. I understand Christmas time is a busy time of year for any postal service, but at no point did they follow through on getting my parcel to me. Firstly, they claim they attempted… Read more
delivery on Dec 19th at 8PM but did not leave a calling card nor any notice of when the delivery would be. My partner was definitely at home during this time.
Secondly, there is no easy way to get through to them. No one gets back to you with their chat portal, their contact form on their website also goes unanswered. I also could not order a redelivery as I had no calling number card. And when you call their number the call immediatly drops as the line is busy.
Eventually I realised if I kept on calling the 03 number I eventually would get through, after 55 attempts of this I got through to the pre-recorded message and left I was on hold. A further 45 minutes waiting there I eventually got on to someone. As I had no trust in them delivering my parcel I opted to pick it up from their depot. The lady on the phone told me I would need to wait up to 48 hours for confirmation that the parcel was ready for pick up. And, of course, that email never came. 4 days later I called again, same story, I was told I definitely hear back within 48 hours and my issue (i.e. my parcel seemingly being held hostage) had been forwarded up the line. Again, multiple days later I had heard nothing.
Eventually, on Jan 3rd, after starting to research what body of authority to complain to, I came across an review here sharing a similar story with all of the above about doing to the depot for collection with success. I did the same, it took about 15 minutes for them to find my parcel and I left. Ironically, not long after picking it up my online customer enquiry that I had sent on the Dec 21st that I never heard back from was closed due to picking up the parcel. Truly wild that they are allowed to operate.

Broken promises on delivery. The tracking is not worth using as the WA Depot simply will not deliver goods, even though the tracking says a time and date for delivery. across to him was a traumatic experience at best . follow up to the review , the item was delivered finally , 19 days after it was collected from the seller , what was the holdup ? if it was coming to FNQ where i live i could understand because anything coming here gets transferred between 3 different couriers who service the regional areas , but this didn't , it went to Dalby Just west of Brisbane , ultimately it arrived in good condition ( the packaging is excellent from the seller ) but Aramex ? you need a company operations restructure , starting from the top down .

Extremely disappointing experience with the Aramex courier servicing the Lane Cove / Macquarie Park area. Twice in the past week, I received notifications claiming delivery attempts were unsuccessful because “no one was home to sign for the parcel”. This was completely false. On both occasions, I was home the entire morning specifically waiting… Read more
for the deliveries, yet no one made contact and I still received missed delivery notifications.
I have motion activated CCTV covering my front door, intercom, and street frontage. No motion events were triggered during the claimed delivery attempt windows, and no delivery vehicle approached the property at all.
To make matters worse, when I later attended the collection point to retrieve one of the “missed delivery” parcels myself, I encountered the courier unloading a van full of parcels directly at the depot, which honestly made me question whether any genuine delivery attempts had been made at all.
I have also previously experienced uncomfortable and inappropriate interactions from this same courier throughout the past year, including invasive personal questions unrelated to parcel delivery.
The repeated negative experiences with the same courier have left me extremely disappointed and uncomfortable.
After contacting Aramex and requesting delivery of the parcel, I was then asked to pay a redelivery fee despite the fact that no actual delivery attempt had been made in the first place. A courier service was already paid for, yet the service itself was never properly carried out??
I expect far better accountability and professionalism from a courier company.
Hopefully this review reaches others experiencing similar issues and encourages Aramex management to properly investigate the handling of undelivered parcels in this area.

Aramex is terrible. Despite clearly showing the address, they have continually delivered to the wrong address. When I say it hasn’t been delivered they claim it was and tell me to look at proof of delivery. The mailbox they have photographed isn’t mine, nor do I have access to it. chat bot and waited 45 mins for a human response. I wanted to know if I was going to get the items today or tomorrow as, if not, I would have to try and buy them locally as I needed them. After 45 mins the bot response was "we have your item, it will be delivered, be patient, we are closing this chat". Total disregard for the customer.

This company does not always tell the truth regarding deliveries. I had a two carton delivery of wine made yesterday except carton # 1 was missing, The wine was left at my front door but no attempt was made to advise that the courier had… Read more
delivered. The front door bell button was right above the spot the carton was left. No attempt was made to place the carton out of sight of passersby so the missing carton could well have been stolen. It has been usual for Aramax to send a text message to advise that the delivery has been made but this has not occurred. I suspect that the other carton may have been broken as the base of the delivered carton was very wet. The Aramex tracking said that the delivery was completed but a follow up phone call advised that the delivery was still to be completed contary to the advice shown on their website. A call to the winery from which I had placed my order confirmed that one of the two cartons had been broken. They offered to replace the missing carton and advised that they will ship using Australia Post.
Follow-up · I have had one delivery of wine which was OK except that I did not receive a notification confirming delivery and whilst I was at home the front door bell was not rung and the carton was left if full view iof the roadway. It is not only Aramax but all couriers who seem ti not know what a front door bell is!!

OK, Aramex is not perfect - communication can be improved, website search and emails can be better, but overall I am satisfied given that it is an economy/budget service. Of course it depends on the individual delivery driver, some are better than others. However, I never thought I'd say this, but good job and please keep on improving Aramex.

my front door rather someone else's door. In all honesty we drove 45 minutes to see if we could find the package and asked neighbours if they had seen it and one neighbour said they saw it a week ago in front of another neighbours front door. We asked but noone owned up to it. I rang and emailed Aramex and Myer and told me to wait for a response. But in the mean time Myer threw it on Aramex and Aramex threw the situation on Myer. Anyhow I emailed Myer and told them it was their responsibility as I purchased the goods from Myer. My other order which I had ordered the same time was delivered in less than a week by Australia Post. Aramex took my order AGAIN to my old address, even though I notified my new address via phone call, email x 3 and also Myer and was told by Myer they would make sure to deliver it to my new address. I emailed Aramex again to ask where my heater was and a NO REPLY email said I needed to sought it out with Myer. To this day I still don't have my heater. What an unprofessional company. I told Myer they should not hire Aramex as they are very incompetent. It has been more than 2 months. I will ring Myer and ask for a refund. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional delivery company before.
