actually come to a door to drop off items.. My current one left Sydney and is well who knows with these scammers coming to Newcastle area a couple hours away. The item has been sitting in Sydney now for 5 days and just got marked as delayed no surprise. From past experience that means lost or stolen. I checked their network for delays in my area by them and is said none which makes it look like lost or stolen. This company who use to be called Fastway ( what a lie and joke ) but changed to the current name due to their dreadful service but a name change dont change the garbage company. Avoid at all costs.

So my review 'bucks the trend' of the vast majority, but in my case you give credit where it is due. Carton of wine despatched from Sydney on the Tuesday and delivered 8am on the Friday. Late and delays every single time . I will never buy products from any business who uses Amarex for there delivery service. Edit... So the package was only 1 days late which is exeptable. The problem was the tracking system. Tracking status did not change is 6 days . It was showing not even arrived at the depot and was shaking "delayed. Then a few hours later it was delivered. I ordered an item from a company and put an Australia Post Parcel Locker (not a PO box) as my delivery address, unaware they used a courier service and that this was not an option. difficult to find on their website, and when I finally found the number for the local courier, attempted to contact multiple times and in multiple ways but received absolutely no response. Eventually just contacted the Aramex general line and gave them my personal shipping address, and they said they'd update the info. Over a week went by with no further updates, and when I contacted them again to find out what was happening, they had no idea what was going on or even where my parcel was. I had to wait several more days (now two weeks) before I received a random email saying my parcel was going to be delivered, though it was still unclear where. It did eventually arrive to my personal address, but with so much unnecessary hassle. Only redeeming quality is that the Aramex employees on the general help line were very nice and were genuinely trying to help. Just seems like the company is overall a bit poorly constructed.

Expect significant delays and probably report them to your local postal ombudsman. My supplier has been told not to use this company again.

Absolutely terrible Kmart Marketplace deliveries x 3 all ordered in one order - 1. Package never arrived, once formally requesting photo evidence had a reply to state “hi, confirmation of delivery attached” with no attachment 2. Will not order through Kmart marketplace while they engage with this entity.

Ordered a table from eBay and the seller decided to send the main parts through a different shipping company and the bolts separately through Aramex. time. The parcel finally arrived this afternoon — after my friend had already travelled to Dubai. I urgently needed this parcel to give to her before she left, so the late delivery completely defeated the purpose of paying for express shipping.

The amount of stress and frustration this caused was unbelievable. I should not have had to spend days calling and chasing a courier company for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered express.

Very poor service, very poor communication, and extremely disappointing delivery experience. I would not recommend Aramex and will definitely avoid using them in the future.

Apparently, tried to deliver three times. They haven’t even been to the Property. I’ve asked them to leave over the fence then they said they can’t because it’s fragile so I left the entire gate open all day the gate the size that you can drive a car in and out of so not a little one fairly clear that no one came here it’s all on camera you guys are liars. Show details
