Steer clear, they’re very dodgy – The first phone I got, the screen jumped erratically without any interaction required. But you’d think they’d check the phones before shipping them. To their credit they replaced the phone.

The second phone also had issues. The camera and flash wouldn’t work. After waiting to see if iOS16 might fix it, I took it to Apple Doncaster today to get repaired. If there might have been a warranty period on this phone it wouldn’t have been recognised by apple Australia, as this was a phone from the US and purchased from Verizon. Don’t even think about buying a ‘refurbished’ phone form this company, knowingly importing defective phones means they won’t have any warranty within Australia and is purely deceptive and deceitful on their part.
