Don't buy a second hand Springfree Trampoline – I know that there is a lot of love for Springfree Trampolines but I didn't see any honest reviews from people like myself who thought it was a good idea to buy one second hand because I thought it would still be good quality. I could have bought a new Vuly trampoline for the same price but I thought I was doing the right thing.
The trampoline I bought was about 4 years old and as soon as I got it, the stitching on the mat started ripping leaving giant holes and the plastic rod holders stitched into the mat starting snapping in half. Not just one, it was about 6 or 7! They look solid, but there was something wrong.
I contacted Springfree and over $700 later I had a new mat and net. Great, I thought, I really should have bought a different brand but at least it should last 2 years (that is all the warranty goes for) and then the rods started snapping... so far it is only two, but wow, don't expect them to last very long.
Thanks for sharing your review Paul. We can understand your frustrations there, and it can be difficult when getting a second hand product to ensure it’s age and the condition it is in, to ensure a long lasting product for your family. We do offer a 10 year warranty on the whole trampoline when you purchase directly with us, giving you peace of mind that we trust our product and it is built to last. Alternatively, if these issues do happen and you are a second hand owner, as you know we have parts available for purchase so that your family can continue to use their trampoline for years to come! Kindest Regards, The Springfree® Trampoline Team
