3.1Terrible – Wish I saw the dozens of bad reviews before booking. Paid for car to be transported from a dealership in Vic to Perth. I gave them my name, number, registration, make, model, colour, address and which car yard department to collect from as well as informing the staff of the arrangement.
Over 24hrs after it should have been picked up (my account said it was picked up on time which was incorrect) I receive a call from Prixcar saying they couldn't finalise the pick up as the car yard knew nothing about it. I spoke to the manager of the car yard who said the pick up driver went into the wrong department and simply said he was picking up a car. No name, no details, no licence plate, no information given at all to the manager so they could hand over my keys. The driver then simply left making no attempt to contact myself or get further information.
Prixcar then claim that it is standard policy for a driver to make no attempt or give details as that "takes too long". The car yard had my file with my name and details waiting for pick up. It was a terrible lack of communication between Prixcar and the driver that lead to them failing the pickup. And of course theres extra charges for failure to collect and new pick up. Cannot be picked up for at least a week and a half the original date after which means I'll be lucky to get my car by Christmas. . No care, no appologises. They simply blame me for their lack of customer care and service.
