Treated like a criminal at the checkout – Woolworths have reduced their serviced checkouts so you have to use the self checkout but now you are under surveillance by all these cameras it is creepy. Added to that the check out staff stand behind you and today one staff member waited until I had finished and said, "Bananas, did you scan them as red eco ones?" and checked my screen in front of everyone. "Oh yes you did" . I thought it was really rude. We are doing their work for them and are treated like criminals or cheats. No respect.
