Good product, good service – Great trampoline, lovely man who delivered and installed it. Took away the boxes too which makes such a difference! The only issue I have is that it doesn’t come with a step. It’s a very expensive trampoline and it doesn’t say anywhere that you need to purchase steps to climb in. My 3 year old is going to struggle a bit. I am pregnant with a bad back so it’s going to be difficult to lift her in. I think they should supply one step in for the price
